CVS Health is a pharmacy and healthcare company that offers a range of services, including COVID-19 testing. The availability of tests is limited to eligible individuals in select states, and anyone age 10 or older can get tested, with minors under 16 requiring adult accompaniment. The company provides both lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause delays in lab results. Customers generally find CVS to be a convenient and well-stocked pharmacy, comparable to Walgreens but with a better selection, especially in hair products. The store environment is often described as nice, and the staff is usually friendly and helpful, though some customers have reported long wait times at the pharmacy. Customers can take advantage of various promotions and discounts, such as buy-one-get-one-free deals on vitamins and birthday month coupons. Overall, CVS is seen as a reliable and accessible healthcare provider, with most customers reporting positive experiences.
Like what is it with people, on hold for 50 minutes for a pharmacist on my third attempt to call. Walgreens is no better, hello automation can't answer everything and I find it hard to believe no one can pick up the phone

There customer service skills suck. They do not bill your insurance even though you asked them too. They make everyone pay because they do not call your insurance for you. They make money off od the sick and old which is disgraceful and not right. They need better custoner service that helps patients nit the companies income.

It's CVS. Get you meds comparable to Walgreens just more convenient. Great place to stop if you forget something and always a surprise or two.
