I've shopped many of Costco's, and I have never felt like they treated me badly, but here I feel like I am doing something wrong at this location. The front-end checkouts who are the final process and should be making sure I found everything always seam to question everything I do. Let me see your card. How many items did you scan. Can I check your card again. And when the register calls for assistance first they do not respond as they seam to be carding everyone walking by. Then I feel like a criminal for not scanning it right. If you want me to do your job and scan all my own stuff maybe there should be a class on not getting profiled and watch and help with the issues that keep happening.A cashier and receipt checker are your last defense in making sure your customers had a great experience.As I stood at the food court waiting for my boys' food, I saw so many others having issues while the cashiers and managers leaned against the pallet of drinks.I just want to come in, grab my stuff, pay for it and leave. I do not have the same issues at the 3 other Costco locations.I'm not sure what happened to the food court tonight as they where lost. Missed a Hotdog gave a cookie in its place. Oh, and who do I have to know to get a straw.Then the last "straw" when I tried to get some fixins for the dog it was a mess and did not look like it had been maintained in a while. Took my hotdogs home to add condiments.I enjoy having a Costco close to home, and I hope this gets fixed.Remember Fast, Friendly, and Clean will bring us back. S

Love going to Costco. I love walking around, looking around, and getting food samples. Always get good prices on the clothes. I always find clearance items on the clothes tables and buy things for my family!

Lots of great prices. Toothpaste, tortillas, veggies, butter, dog food, Salmon burgers, toilet paper, and ice cream were some great bargains that we found. Vitamins and protein shakes are also other good finds. My husband loves to order pizza here. An extra large feeds 7 people but be ready to wait. They have good prices with just about everything on the menu.

Costco is a fantastic place for competitively priced items, a solid selection (without too many choices), great produce, dairy, meat, fish and baked goods. Their gas has quality additives and is priced better than any local gas stations I've found. Getting an annual rebate from both Costco and Citibank is icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

Honestly prices are great, select is pretty good, and I would give 5 star if they didn't have the rudist customer service running there check outs. Every time I go in the people when I'm checking out have the biggest attitude. Like please just scan my card and let me pay I don't need all the huffing because you don't want to scan that much stuff. The self checkout is worse because if the scale freaks out and then they get mad they have to count the 10 items to make sure your not trying to steal stuff.

I tried to get in at 9:30 on SUNDAY because Im super busy and I cannot go shopping during the week.The woman in the enter told me "We don't open until 9:45"So, I must to wait outside for 15 more minutes! Luckily the weather was good.It's ridiculous that this store open so late and close too early!Too many people now in this town to open that late.In Sam's club they always let me get in early and don't make a big deal ?

Store is clean and stocked, great treats while we shopped.. prices of two pack salads are great additions.. we purchased a managers special wi-fi netgear extender that not only a great value, it works great. Thank youProps to Miraim R for being a great cashier! Thank you.. friendly and personable.. give her a raise! Top shelf!

I love that we finally have our own Costco in Queen Creek. Tanya was so helpful at self checkout. Store is always clean, and staff is always friendly.Now if only the city of Queen Creek can do something about the timing of the turn lanes and other traffic signals in front of the Costco, then maybe more than 3 cars per green light could turn left into this place. Not their fault, but someone from Costco needs to be breathing down someone else’s neck at the town government. The situation is resolvable, but someone has to do the job, and quickly.

I don’t go to Costco that often but only when a family member of mine is in town. This is so far the best Costco I’ve been to. Gas line has more space Including the inside of the warehouse. I’m assuming it’s because I went on a weekday instead of a weekend but it was less of a hassle than going to ChandlerI enjoy all the associates at this location and none of been rude or passive with me. Also, my relative lost their phone and so greatful that everything was still in there including the phone itself. Thank you to whoever was kind enough to bring it back as this would’ve been a nightmare for them to go back home since they’re out of state ? you all deserve a raise!

Love this location, everything is super organized and most of the employees are super nice & they do their jobs well, however, we did have an encounter with one of the employees, they did not show good customer service skills, & they were crossing boundaries that should not be crossed between customers & employee's...I also find the tables for the food-court to be way too close together & there is not enough room to park your cart. I hope they will fix this, I have never had this problem at any other Costco before, & I have been a customer since 2001.

The customer service here is always great and this time it was even better! Kimberly and Georgiana helped me replace a damaged membership card and assisted me with downloading and setting up the app. They also whipped out a first aid kit when my grandson scratched himself and got him cleaned and bandaged up. What a great experience!

Costco is my favorite store! We get probably 65 to 70% of our groceries come from Costco. And we love buying the ice coffee from the section where you order food. And they have samples of some of there products. There pizza, muffins and cookies are also really good!

I’ve been so excited to come visit this Costco, it’s closer to my house by at least 5 minutes. Store is really clean and logically laid out. Unfortunately while I was there, there seemed to be a major issue with the refrigeration system. I was inspired to write a review because I was so impressed by the response! There were far more team members than I could have imagined, they were working together with excellent teamwork and communication, and were doing their best to protect the food and assist customers all while having a great attitude. Proud this is the Costco closest to my house

Today I wanted to purchase an item that they sold out of last year. They received this year's shipment yesterday. I called at 10AM and an associate named Koshey helped me. She went to the salesfloor and retrieved one and put my name on it and held it until I could get there. It's a good thing she did because they sold out today. She is an incredible associate. You are fortunate to have such a bright and cheerful associate working for you.
