Do not come here if you’re wanting all types of services that other Chase offices ALWAYS offer. Apparently their systems don’t work the same as the other Chase banks down the road, and the tellers will deadpan you as if we’re wasting their time. They can’t cash in checks, they can’t be helpful. Being Chase clients for many years, they should tell us where services aren’t provided or just shut down this place if they can’t do anything. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Chase Bank

My wife and I went to this bank on Monday afternoon. We have multiple accounts here including one of my Ira accts from my time working at Chase. My wife had a significant amount of cash she wanted to deposit.
We walked in the building, and 2 bankers were standing outside their cubes, immediately directed us to the tellers and said they would help us shortly. Didn't even ask how can we help you? I told him we were their to open an account. One banker asked what kind of account. I said a small business account (for self employment). He said we don't have enough time today, I can make you an appointment. I looked at my watch it was 4:02, then asked what time do you close, the other banker says 5:00. I asked, it takes more than an hour to open an account. The other banker says, yep it takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours to open a business account, the government ask for a lot of information. Pretty rude and says a lot about the bankers and the management style at this branch.
So I ask what kind of information, I want to make sure we have what is needed. We had the business license and the identification, but obviously we need more for a small business account. The banker says " we'll I don't want to get into the specifics right now, but I can make you an appointment. Wow! Really! This rude banker is talking to me like I'm 5 years old.
All this is going on in front of other customers, in the general lobby, right after we entered the brach. So basically there is 15 to 20 feet between the bankers and myself, the general lobby.
The banker should have asked how can we help you when we entered the branch and taken us into a cube, for a semi private conversation. There we would be able to discuss opening an account in detail, what exactly is needed to open a small business account and gone from there. We had a large amount of cash to deposit and did not want to carry with us.
But instead you have 2 bankers, standing outside their cubes at 4:00, directing every one coming in straight to the tellers. Clearly they were waiting for closing at 5:00 and had no intention of helping any customers.
This just shows me the leadership and management I can expect from Chase bank in the future. Why bankers are in a branch at 4:00 when they don't have time to assist a customer is beyond me and an inefficient use of assests.
I had originally thought of combing my Ira into one at Chase, but always hesitant because of the fees.
Now I am sure that over the next couple months I will combine my retirement accounts into one, but away from Chase.
I will definitely move all my accounts away from Chase over the next couple months.

I am truly grateful to the staff at this Chase location.
I had some paychecks from my employer deposit into an incorrect bank account belonging to someone I do not know. Neither my employer nor my payroll nor the Chase call center staff were able to help in any way whatsoever.
After about 2 months of back and forth I had all but given up on ever receiving my money. As a last ditch effort I decided to go in store and talk to real people.
I wish I could remember the names of everyone who helped, but the team here seems strong and very knowledgable. With their help and the personal support from the branch manager Christie I was finally able to get my money.
I'm very grateful for the kindness, expertise and empathy brought to the table by this store.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a bank. Couldn't believe how I was treated after trying to get help over an abandoned account letter from a deceased love one. Lady would not hear me, wouldn't listen to a thing I said and judged me the second I came in the door. Thankfully the folks over at the branch on Power and Germann were much more knowledgeable on the type of situation and got me on the right track. They profusely apologized for the treatment I received at this branch. Avoid this location if you like don't want to be treated like human garbage.

The people here are a complete joke! Twice now I have tried to do business at this location and the it's literally a joke. The first time they wanted me to make an appointment 5 days later to open a business account, did it online in 3 min. Then today I go in and I have an appointment to talk about business loans, I kid you not the guy pulls up the Chase website, searches business loans and turns the screen to me and says this is what our business loan is, can't answer any questions literally has zero knowledge of anything. Wild how these people get paid for knowing nothing and being of zero help. All he could do was have someone else contact me from a call center he said.

Brenda's excessive questioning, despite all the documents being present, comes across as rude. She even hinted that she's pressed for time, seemingly attempting to hasten my exit from the bank. Isn't expediting such matters her responsibility?

Very disappointed with my experience. They were very disrespectful and rude, especially when answering simple questions and talked to me like I was stupid. Don’t recommend this chase location.

I was surprised with the lack of customer service the employee inside of the bank delivered. I was going to open a graduated bank account for my child, but after today, I might just take my business elsewhere. Word to the wise, and also to the manager of this specific branch, to have only ONE employee available on a SATURDAY to help with opening an account, isn't very wise. Also, have a pep talk with your employees about customer service. Remember, the team is only as great as their leader.

Worst customer service ever! I use to manage a chase bank and I can’t believe how horrible the customer service has gotten. Bankers sitting all over that wouldn’t help because we didn’t have a previous appointment. Not a single soul in the brand besides me and my kids.
