I love this place. So kind and reasonable. Bmw dealership wanted $2750. Brakes plus charged me less than $1000 and have then done a few hours. Such nice honest people. Plus pads are lifetime warranty!!!

I went for an alignment, but it turned out that my vehicle was in compliance with factory specifications. They told me there was no charge, but they could have easily charged me for their time, and I would have paid it. Thank you for being honest and for great customer service.

Been here twice. Phenomenal work and service. Just two days ago, a severe storm damaged my car, ripping apart my splash shield and causing wear on the parts it protected -- these guys got me in the next day, and were able to repair the splash shield, inspect my car, and *refused to charge me for the labor*. The various services from my first visit months prior were also performed oddly fast and competently. This new addition to the area is absolutely one of the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of visiting.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I mainly dealt with Robert, the manager, and Marco. They were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They accurately confirmed the pump issue my Prius was having and worked with me to take care of it quickly. I was able to pick it up later the same day that I had made the appointment and it was all ready to go. Thank you guys, my car is running great now in this heat! - Ryan

Had great service at Brakes Plus Queen Creek. Had an appointment for an oil change and they managed to get me in 10 minutes early, only had a 15 minute wait. I will be back.

I generally do not go to chain store mechanics since I have a great local mechanic, but my wife’s car needed new front brakes immediately. I called them in the morning, made an appointment for the afternoon, and an hour after I arrived I had new brakes installed. Friendly, professional, and prompt!

Great say anything but positive things about this place!! Everyone was great, from the the guy at the counter, the manager & field manager. All of them were wonderful to work with & very open with their communication. They all helped along the way & because of that I chose to have them replace my brakes even just having bought my car 2 months ago. They heard my conversations with the manager at the dealership, lack of help from them & treating me great because I had knowledge of cars. Thank you guys!!! You all rock
