Great service.
I had an issue with my battery. They quickly replaced it. Also, they had my engine air filter in stock. I have a lot of trouble finding it, so it was convenient for me.
I also appreciated that they broke down the service costs for me by must have, recommended, and nice to haves.

I was able to book an oil change on a moment's notice because a competitor next door gave me lots of issues about a simple oil change. The experience here was great. They are super friendly, efficient and trustworthy. I will definitely be back.

I made a 230 appointment and my car wasn't pulled in until 4. The only reason I went here was because you guys take appointments and had one that fits my schedule. I also didn't get a print out of what my alignment was/is because your printer was broken. Finally, after being unhappy with the timing and the service I was reading reviews to see if others had the same experience, the alignment I just got was advertised as $20 cheaper on your website.
I'm giving my experience a 2 star.... Time will tell if my alignment is correct and doesn't prematurely wear my new tires. Too bad I don't have a sheet showing it was in spec.

This was a very amazing team. I had an insurance issue and they fought to make sure that I got what was needed to repair my vehicle. These guys are very knowledgeable and will fight for you. I strongly recommend this location.
And all the locations ran by the same owner. They are very respectful and know how to take care of their customers.

Brake Masters Queen Creek continues to be my go-to location for service on cars. Staff is always friendly and honest. Have stayed with them since they opened this location several years ago.

Thought I’d give this place another try after being disappointed by another competitor. Turns out they are just like them. Went in for an oil change. Supposed to check and fill all fluids .. nope they don’t do that. Kinda let that go until the ride home and saw my oil gauge wasn’t set after they changed it. Why do I pay you for a service that the lack luster, in adequate technicians don’t do what is expected. I’ll learn to change the oil myself. This place was a joke.

My son took his car there to get his front pads and rotors changed. The next day coming home he heard a loud grinding noise and the braking was kind of delayed. I took the front wheel off to check and sure enough one of caliper bolts that connects the caliper to the frame was missing, which is VERY DANGEROUS and is a Safety Hazard!!! Talked to the manager and he gave me a free oil change to rectify the situation. My son used the free oil change the other day and after moving my son’s car out the driveway I noticed a huge oil spot on my brick driveway. Took the car back to brake masters and of course they didn’t tighten the oil screw. Go there at your own risk!!!!!!!!

I just switched from brakes Plus to brake Masters. I've been dealing with Cameron for the last week ,maintaining my two vehicles. I would like to say Cameron is awesome and very professional and honest I'm going to start bringing my vehicles here from now on
