Great selection . Found more than i was actually looking for .
The tid bit that burned is that i felt ignored by the staff . It was a low volume of customers. Never once did a staff member ask if i needed anything even when i almost bumped into one.
Even when cashier asked if anyone helped , i told her no . That i felt ignored , and that got shrubbed off with no regard.

They have way more handbags and wallets selection than the other Bootbarns I’ve been to in the valley…drove all the way here because the handbag I wanted was only available at this store but when I got there I saw that the bag had a different color hide than the one on the website but then I really can’t expect all hides to have the same exact color and pattern.

We came to this location on accident as I put in the wrong zipcode to ship 2 pairs of jeans to. They went to go find the jeans. Had someone track down a changing room that was free. Didn't fit so had to return them. The other pair was still in back and I was told by a lady at the front that the return would be done on those as well. I asked a few times because there was a line behind me. I told her I just want to make sure that the return is processed today she said it would be. I found another pair of pants while we were there and they didn't have a tag a nice lady took them to the back. We waited, they got through a whole line of people and we were still waiting. Finally got the jeans and left. This was a few hour ordeal. Today I checked and the return was not done as promised I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager (Jeovanna) the reason why I was this is because when I called and asked to speak to a manager after waiting she answered no name. I asked if this was the manager and she paused and said yes in question format.... she stated that they were busy yesterday so that's why she didn't do it. I don't understand how in customer service making excuses is normal. I was there I know it was busy. I should have stayed to baby sit apparently. Ask them to bring the second pair up and physically watch them do the return. But I shouldn't have to baby adults who run a store that I'm paying for there products. I will not be returning here and if you love boot barn save your self the trouble and go to a different location. Maybe the manager there would actually be apologetic and not make excuses for her employees and hold them accountable.

I went in to buy some boots and some lady kept trying to get me in to a boot 2 sizes too small and she insisted that I am a 3E width. She copped a major attitude when had to peel them off.

Very disappointed to see so many of their goods as being from China. Out of 3 staff I spoke to only one had any useful information of their hat steaming services - which was not available when I visited.So, instead of walking out with two hats and two vests, I left with only one vest, made in China.

I’ve been to this location plenty of times and have never had an issue, but this last experience (march 28th 4:30pm ) was disappointing. The women who checked us out was very rude and unwelcoming. It’s so sad to see people intentionally being offensive towards customers. I hope management sees this and can take action on hiring future team members with even the basic skills of costumer service. The woman was taller, and blonde.
