“Had to get a new windshield because of a rock that was kicked up by another truck. My insurance set it up. I brought my vehicle in and about an hour later I was driving out with a new windshield. Everything was quick and easy. Now my vehicle is a new one, it was so new that Safelight had to contact the manufacturer for a replacement windshield and they told me it could take up to two weeks to get the windshield delivered. They received it in less time. Only hick up and it is no way Safelight's fault, they were unable to do the recalibration. Like I said my vehicle was new and nobody besides the dealership had the correct software. But Safelight explained all of this to me before I even set the appointment. Safelight did a good job and took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company.”
