Replaced the 12 volt battery in my wife's prius, after an accidental contact with metal and the battery it shorted. For two days I tried everything to fix it, but couldn't reach the main fuse.
I used my multimeter and found that the car was being supplied power to the interior and exterior fuses, amd wiring but would not power on at all.
Decided to bring it to a hybrid mechanic to see if they could get it running. Another shop recommended this one to me.
They had our prius for over 3.5 hours, and called to tell me I had the battery connected but "forgot to plug in the battery to the terminal". Really?
And they still had the audacity to charge me $145 for "plugging in a battery terminal" and "running codes".
This place is a scam and will rob you. Don't make the same mistake I did towing my vehicle there.
Ps. A mechanic was under the hood with me to try and power on the battery before his coworker towed it to Bill's. Why would a mechanic not be able to tell that the battery is disconnected???

That was over a years ago when after my car has some mechanical issues i decide to take my car to this shop then for that time i realized that there were missing parts, engine and radiator covers, also because Chevrolet dillard technician recently told me that why there where missing this parts?, So I'd remembered that this was the only place i take my car, i went to investigate this with the owner's, what he told me that in that occasion was the battery problem and there's no evidence that they take this parts away but also in this occasion if was only the battery why they'd keep my car for more than a week?? Oviously they don't put parts back and that wasn't the only thing they checked.

Contacted Bill for an estimate on a barring I need replaced. He was an honest man. Finding honest people in the car repair business is hard to find and alway is a little stressful when picking a shop to take your vehicles to. At no time did I feel like he wasn't straight forward and no non sense. I would recomend anyone coming here to get there auto needs taken care of.

Awesome shop! I was expecting at least a $2000 bill to fix my truck's suspension and steering. Earnhardt and another independent shop couldn't find the problem, but Bill's crew did. It was a simple adjustment. The bill was $182.50 including alignment. So happy.

I took my Wife's car there so they could replace the power steering pump and then they called and said that the spark plugs needed replaced also. After paying 2400 Dollars the car engine light came on, I called and was told they could get it in,in two weeks. Took car to another shop to get it repaired. To darn expensive and don't care after paying.

In my 85 years, I have never met a more honest business owner. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly in my Toyota Tundra. Bill’s mechanic found a simple fix for it at a minimal cost. In addition, I had them do a complete checkup on my pickup. The mechanic working on it didn’t find anything needing to be replaced or fixed. They could have run up quite a bill but chose to be honest with me. I’m so thankful to have found Bill’s Auto Garage! I took my wife's car to this place and after charging me 2300.00 dollars the car had more problems than when I took it there. I had what I thought was an oil leak turned out it was the power steering pump leaking. Then things went higher and higher. They said the top engine mount was shot, then it needed a turn up. I must admit I did approve the repairs, but the car started to surge and the engine light came on, and the car would stop running when I turned on the AC. I called Bill and instead of having me come in he said I can get you in on two weeks. I had to tow her car to another shop to get it fixed. So another $610.00 and now it's fixed. You can decide if you want to take your car there. I also believe that there positive reviews are fake maybe. I went on there reviews, I guess I was wrong.

I have been a long time customer of Bill’s because of his honesty, fair pricing and great service. I have been the victim of price gouging and work that doesn’t need to be done. Not at Bill’s! So grateful I found him and the team he has working there. I won’t take my car any place else!

Spark plug and wiring were not installed properly, they left plugs loose in engine, lighting up the check engine miles after, causing engine shakes and misfires. Make sure you straighten out your auto servicing ethics to people that entrust their vehicles with you, because if that was intentional you are nothing but crooks.Services: General repairs & maintenance
