“My car had issues starting, so I took it to the O’Reilly’s off of Power/Chandler Heights (my first time at that location).I talked with Chris, Assistant Manager, over the phone, and he was really positive and reassuring. When I arrived, he jump started my car & used a device to let me know it was my battery (not my alternator) that needed replacing. He was just so friendly and eager to help- I really appreciated it. I can see why he’s in management.”
