Awful bank with Employees who do not want to work or do anything at all. They all have a “put in the time attitude” only and do nothing more. Especially Nancy who is incredibly rude (her misery shines bright) as mentioned in several other reviews over several months. So that goes to show Bank of America has enough customers and doesn’t care about the treatment of the people who keep them in business. The good thing is there’s a lot of other banks in the area with polite and mature employees and because of that I never have to deal with poor treatment from this bank again.

After a brief visit to the notary Nancy, I was told I needed more than 30 minutes, so I called to make an appointment with Nancy, she put me on hold came back, and told me her stamp wasn't working well, so they have one on order, but would take 2 to 3 weeks to get yeah right! She made the appointment for 7/31 at 10 am. I received a call fromNancy to let me know the stamp was not here and wouldn't be able to do my noterizing. I don't know how stupid she thinks I am. I told her that is a lie, you are just lazy, and don't want to do my noterizing. I will never set foot in that bank again. I went to another branch, and the notary went above and beyond cheerfully, never complained. I wouldn't give them 1 star what a joke that branch is. I googled how long does it take to receive a new notary stamp for an established business? 1 to 2 days. Everybody knows we can almost ovenight just about anything now days. Shouldn't one in the position of notary be held at a higher standard?

Asked teller for some help and he told me bankers were to busy and I had to set up an appointment online, I told him I understood. He proceeded to tell me he would set up an appointment for me at a different branch the following week. We agreed to a time and date. Only for me to show up at said branch, and the bankers having no clue about any such appointment

Went to the bank. Was walking up at 3:59 / 4pm when they were closing.The lady had enough nerve to grab the door and hold both doors with both arms backwards so she couldn't stare at me as they locked the door and looked face down as they walk away in shame. Must be lazy when you can't take 5 more minutes to help 1 last customer.Makes sense why this site has a 2.3 star review...

I purposely try to avoid this location because of the horrible customer service. However I was forced to go in due to lack of time and unfortunately was met again by Nancy. This is the second time I have had the displeasure of running into her. She is rude and completely unprofessional. I will no longer be going to this location, and I am considering changing banks to chase since it's right across the street and I don't have to go out of my way to avoid horrible customer service!

Worst bank ever. Went in today and was helped by a girl (name starts with a N, can't remember. Small girl with dark hair) she was rude and dishonest. While trying to get help, she kept talking to her coworker that was greeting people. They were both very unprofessional. If you can not be truthful or courteous of others you should not work at a bank
