They have 6 bankers sitting around and one actually working the line is almost out the door horrible service and will not use them again this made me want to close my b of a account

This bank of America direct phone service really sucks they don't answer phone calls at all does not matter what time you call during there business hours. They don't answer.

Nobody wanting to help the line. Once I got seen I was told they couldn't help deposit cash to another banks account cause that would be working for them. I've had other banks do this, I can't imagine if I was visiting how this would inconvenience me.
