MIDAS determined that I needed a new a/c compressor. After having spent nearly $3000 of my hard earned money at MIDAS in recent weeks, my a/c system still was not cooling. “Decided to go here based on a friend's recommendation. Great to work with from the get go. They hade set up for an appointment the following day but I contacted them and they quickly got me in a day early. Once there, I was met with great customer service. Front office staff didn't bs me or try to sell me anything. They gave me a real time estimate and promised they would do the best they could to get to my vehicle as they were a little backed up. Well they got to my truck and put four tires on it way faster than anticipated. Very happy with the customer service, time, and attention to detail with their job performance. AutoZone was ready to charge me $400 for a "bad" alternator replacement, however Matt was able to provide me with stellar service and was able to check my alternator free of charge. “I highly recommend this tire shop first of all great customer service great prices I literally had wire showing on my tire and they got me in and had the tire I needed quoted me way less than Big old tires for brand new tires and they only take check or cash but they have an ATM machine in their facility so that you could pull out cash. Jose changed my tire and he's so sweet and checked all my other tires for me and let me know that I was okay for right now. Please if you need tires go see them”

Finding honest people in the car repair business is hard to find and alway is a little stressful when picking a shop to take your vehicles to. “My AC was blowing hot on the left side only. Took it to Sun Devil and they said the compressor. We knew it wasn't that as one side was still ice cold. Quoted us an extremely high amount and we're very irritated with us when we came to pick up the car. We had gone to Bennett for a tractor repair before and really appreciated their honesty. Brought my car in, they called us within a couple hours and said it was ready to go. It was just a leak. Started the car and it was immediately cold air coming out. “After many failed attempts with other places, including multiple dealerships, I took a chance to try out Christian Brothers.
Positives: they detail everything, photos, videos, etc. Courteous, friendly, waiting area is clean, and they offer shuttle during business hours. When you ask questions, they answer all.
Negatives: they are always busy, and should you need anything beyond an oil change, they pretty much have to keep your car overnight. If you ask them to do multiple things, you have to double-check to ensure they were done. I have been charged for a service I'd asked for, and it was not complete. (They did correct when I brought it to their attention) Also, they are not and will not be the cheapest around but you get what you pay for and their follow up and follow through is on point.”
“From start to finish all of them at Ooroo were amazing!! Our car had been having problems since Jan 2024 it’s now July 2024 we’ve been to at least 5-6 different mechanics saying “nothing’s wrong “ or everything is wrong you just need a new car.
We we’re finally referred to this OOROO In Queen Creek and they were STELLAR! Gave our car a thorough inspection found all the issues and let us know that 1)it was a miracle we even were able to drive the car to here ??and 2) here’s how we fix it you don’t need a new car!!
Their prices are very reasonable and the Happy car club is AMAZING! They were pretty quick to fix it and even have a free car shuttle service! They came picked myself and 2 littles, even helped loaded their car seats in the car and drove us to pick up our car! And not only were the honest and nice thorough out the whole process but they WASHED AND VACUUMED our car before we picked it up!!! If I could get a thousand starts I would!!!!!!

He showed me all the cars in my range, which was a decent few, never tried to go over and didn’t show me things I stated I didn’t want. 10/10 on that one! It took me a while to get everything sorted out for getting a car, I have two jobs and a busy life but they were so patient and didn’t push me to come in at times I couldn’t and didn’t rush anything which made me a lot more comfortable. I ended up getting something right in my price range and a decent payment and I couldn’t be happier thank you guys so much you helped me solve a lot of problems!”

I took a leave at work for PTSD treatment and of course that happened as I’m going through an extremely difficult time. I know having USAA insurance helps as they are always great my rep this time was not the best- but Steve and the team made the not so ideal situation; better. During the change, the technician noticed some leaking (that matched with drip spots on my driveway), so Gayle, who was my service representative, brought me back and showed me the areas on the vehicle that needed to be repaired and explained why. She then gave me some advice about the repairs and a detailed printout of each recommended repair. She also applied a coupon to my oil change. I didn't feel pressured, sold, or pushed in any way. I felt like I had received outstanding customer service, which is increasingly rare in our world.”
