I would strongly advise against using their services due to unethical practices and poor quality of work.To start, it became apparent that APA Total Car Care engages in deceptive practices to keep customers coming back. After receiving routine maintenance, I noticed that my vehicle's ECU suddenly tripped a code, leading to further repairs supposedly required. This pattern suggests that they deliberately instigate issues to upsell unnecessary services, which is completely unacceptable.Furthermore, I entrusted APA Total Car Care with custom car work, emphasizing that time wasn't a concern as I prioritized quality. However, the outcome was a disaster. It took a staggering two years for the custom work to be completed, and when it was, it was not only subpar but shockingly poor in quality. Within less than 1000 miles, the car became unusable due to a lack of fuel reaching the motor, indicating a severe lack of skill and attention to detail on their part. Additionally, it's concerning that the shop foreman, responsible for managing the custom shop, drinks during the day (the smell of hard alcohol present at every meeting), raising doubts about the professionalism and integrity of the entire operation.In conclusion, my experience with APA Total Car Care has been a complete disappointment. Their unethical practices and poor quality of work make them unworthy of trust. I urge others to steer clear of this company to avoid being scammed and left with substandard results.Would You Recommend?: NoAdditional Comments:Before engaging in business with APA Total Car Care, I did my due diligence. I asked around in Facebook groups and read Google reviews. However, I submit that APA Total Car Care has found a service niche where most people don’t know what good service is or what it should be. It's imperative for potential customers to be cautious and seek reputable alternatives for their automotive needs.

This shop did not good to me at all.-they built 2 engines, two different cars.-they took too long to built the engines.-no real Mechanics (this is from their own employees)-both cars been in and out to this shop several times with engine issues.-every time cars are back to this shop with problems, they just guess when troubleshooting, charged me for the troubleshoot/repair and NOTHING GET FIX.-too many lies.-one of my cars needed to be at another shop, because broke down on the road due to un-fixed issues from this shop. And now the warranty is voided per the Shop owner.-very disappointed and unsatisfied place.-now Im taking my cars to another shop and pay again to fix and repair everything that this Shop told me that were going to fix (warranty), but they always charged.-Some guy that work at this shop are amazing, but they have to follow Owners disappointed directions.

I have been going to the same car repair facility for over 5 years faithfully. I recently felt something was wrong with my car and took it to my normal shop multiple times with them telling me each time nothing was wrong with it. I decided to schedule a second opinion with APA in queen creek and they got me in to be seen quickly and discovered the problem within 45 minutes. I will be forever thankful they were able to help diagnose the issue before it turned into a more severe problem.

Had my Ramcharger for over 7 weeks.Repaired a few minor issues, but did not find the major problem.This was a fresh motor, but one cyclinder would not hold compression.After almost $4000.00 and 7 weeks, I still had the problem.Sean talks a good game, but it is all talk!

Hands down the best shop in the valley, they go above and beyond and treat your vehicle like their own. I have been getting the run around on a few different issues with my car from other shops, these guys diagnosed the issues I was having in no time at all and got me out the same day. I will never take my vehicles else where. Appreciate you all at APA!

Good friendly people. Aimee was great, but they require you to pay for a full diagnosis and try to sell you on more than just what you want fixed. I found another mechanic to do the work for about 70% the cost if I wait a week for an appointment and he didn't try to sell me on a bunch of add ons.

Called all over Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and such, and no one really had straight answers regarding my trucks custom exhaust job that's throwing a couple codes. Called Zach over at APA and not only did he squeeze me in today last minute but this truck is gonna pass smog today too

I wrote a negative review last weekend. I was frustrated and thus made my decision emotionally rather than intellectually. My issue was an exceptionally hard one involving the fuel system on a C-5 Corvette. The staff at APA were always courteous and personable.Upon a second repair, the car was fixed at no additional charge. Would I go back? Would I recommend them? Yes! They swapped out my ZZ5 350 for a 396 Stroker and did a new cooling system new headers and new exhaust. The car sounds and performs AMAZINGLY!!! Ive been rebuilding/restoring my 77 Regal for years and I've definitely had more than my share of horrible experiences throughout the process (thus the engine swap and mechanic shop change) but Sean Zack and Travis took good care of me and my car. They were excited about my car as if it was their car and that's extremely rare and very important to me! They were very patient and attentive with me. I explained to them that I was damaged from my past experiences and they treated me with respect and they always communicated with me. Most shops could care less and i truly appreciate that they showed me something different. GREAT muscle car shop! I highly recommend them!Thanks Sean!!! ????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

APA installed 2 rear tires and balanced all 4. I do have custom wheels that cannot be replaced and they did an excellent job without any damage to my wheels.APA also installed an Apple carplay system in my 2006 S281 Mustang with blue tooth and it changed the whole character of my car. I highly recommend this update for safe hands free use.Services: Electrical repair

Sean and Travis took amazing care of my beloved 93 mustang GT. They did all types of custom work and it all works together amazingly! These are true professionals and I really can’t say enough positive things. A+++++ I can’t wait to return for more modifications!
