“I shop at this store frequently. I go to this particular location because I always feel comfortable with personnel. I visited the store today 1/20/2025. While I was there a very rude lady was making such horrible comments to the store manager Kim. Lady if you read this you are so mistaken. Kim is the most wonderful manager I have ever met. You are very much mistaken. Take your business elsewhere”

“I shop at this location on a relatively consistent basis, and while it’s always been a fun place to shop, it has looked cleaner and more personable. The staff is friendly and helpful. When I was trying to find something they had on their website (earrings) sadly they didn’t carry it in store. The store manager Justice was quick to suggest some very similar ones that were both, more affordable and even more appealing! I left feeling like they listened and cared about my experience that day and their fun but professional personalities made it a nice experience!”
“Only wish was if there was someone by dressing rooms. People take so much stuff in there and take up to 30 mins long. Along with people going in and out with parents handing them stuff while a whole line is waiting. Last time it took 10-20 mins just to try on one dress.”
“I have always had good luck with Penney's. I have been buying spring & fall tops for the last few years online. The prices and quality are good and shipping is fast and efficient. Also bought some shoes and that was also a good experience. Do not understand the poor ratings. Like the store as well although they used to carry much more inventory but the workers have always been pleasant.”

The prices do tend to be very high but it is understandable since Fancy That is a small, local store with high quality products. I have so many friends who absolutely adore this store, we all highly recommend it to anyone who lives in Prescott or are just visiting.”
