I went in just to be told they don’t have any bankers. I was told all the bankers left suddenly and they were working on getting more hired. Before, they had bankers. Good bankers that were there for years and for all of them to quit suddenly should tell you something. Is it management ? Is it corporate? This branch should just close already the branch manager wasn’t able to help either and seemed to know nothing about her job.

I arrived at 11am. I was told by a portly employee that bankers were rare on weekends and I couldn't open an account today. I need to set an appointment. That's cool, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I've tried for two day to contact someone who can help me with an issue I was unable to fix on my own. When I tried, I got stuck in them sending me a text to agree to my changes, which I did, but it kept sending the same text over and over and over. I need a human being to resolve this issue. Apparently customer service means driver 30 minutes round trip to stand in line.

I will never understand why banks especially Wells Fargo, don’t understand when you need to do a same day wire. They act like it’s a big inconvenience and can’t help you, won’t take an appointment. I guess they don’t understand that’s how small businesses run. Wells Fargo is the worst. My online limit for wires is 10k so too bad I have to come in the branch. Maybe try hiring some more workers and stop caring about your “solutions” and bonuses and take care of the customers.

Beyond annoying to make the drive all the way there (during normal business hours) only to find out the drive thru is closed. Has happened more than once.

There is no such thing as customer service with Wells Fargo Bank! I left Wells Fargo many years ago because the service was so bad, now it's worse with an bad attitude over the phone! I would not recommend this institution to anyone! I left and went to OneAZ Credit where there are more local branches and they are more happy to help me! What an incredible difference between the two!!!

I am not a Wells Fargo customer, but Deanna took very good care of me. I left the bank feeling very good. She was both helpful and respectful. Can't ask for better than that.

Employee was Very rude.....very surprised because most WF are very professional.I'm a very long time business customer in this small town. I will choose another branch in the future.

Ive been with Wells Fargo for years. I do not understand why they cannot answer their phones. Another covid 19 excuse. If the airports can pack their planes and the airrport is mobbed, then why can't they have a few employees working their phones. Terrible customer service.

Lady behind the counter was nice and helpful, but the manager and teller working the drive-thru were incredibly rude. They could've saved their laughter and looks until after I left the lobby. All I wanted to know was if my MMJ card was an acceptable form of secondary identification so I could cash a check. A simple no would suffice. Instead I hear laughter, the lady behind the glass looks over her shoulder with a smirk on her face, and instantly goes ghost face and quickly turns her head back because she knows she had been caught. Worst banking experience I have had with any bank in 50 years. I have been harassed by the same banker at least 3 times depositing a Wells Fargo warrant. Never had a problem depositing money with any bank before but to harrass you and demand answers that are none of her business. Definitely will be filing a complaint about her with Corp along with a complaint with the state issuing warrant.
