Beyond annoying to make the drive all the way there (during normal business hours) only to find out the drive thru is closed. Has happened more than once.

I am not a Wells Fargo customer, but Deanna took very good care of me. I left the bank feeling very good. She was both helpful and respectful. Can't ask for better than that.
