I will never understand why banks especially Wells Fargo, don’t understand when you need to do a same day wire. They act like it’s a big inconvenience and can’t help you, won’t take an appointment. I guess they don’t understand that’s how small businesses run. Wells Fargo is the worst. My online limit for wires is 10k so too bad I have to come in the branch. Maybe try hiring some more workers and stop caring about your “solutions” and bonuses and take care of the customers.

Tried for 2 days to get an appointment with Jonathan he never would talk to me after I found out I was retired always had an excuse why he couldn't talk to me it never would call me back so I'm not sure what to think of that so I called the manager and Prescott explain to her my experience with Jonathan she hooked me up Jessica and right away she made me an appointment and very next morning wasn't able to get in it was all snow and ice but at least she tried Jonathan finally did reach out after I was in my semi truck and out of town of course can't say much for that bank

I walked in needing to open a new checking account and Kasey D. was there to make my day. Thank you so much. Sometimes when you are having a hard day or a hard life, those interactions where someone is nice to you make so much difference.

This was the only Wells Fargo that would answer my call and kirt answered the phone. He was so nice and helpful. When I got to the building kasey helped me . Kasey was super amazing, very sweet and knowledgeable person . She helped us with any questions and concerns we had and went over and beyond to make us happy ! Thank you so much for all your help :)

The teller at this bank was so rude. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 15+ years. I'm very disappointed in the in person experience I had. I'll stick to on line and internet form now on. Which I had gotten this ladies name, she has no customer service anything in her!!!! I don't go to the bank to deposit MY money for someone to be rude to me.

I've driven over only to find the bank in Frontier Village closed--after checking first on the Website that says it's open!!! I'm not happy with such carelessness!

I would blast this review out nationally if I knew how, but I would steer anyone I can anyway from ANY banking relationship with Wells Fargo. Period. Several years ago they nearly screwed us out of buying a new home and I swore NEVER to transact with them again. And, I have not. Coincidentally, this past weekend I counseled my youngest daughter to never do business with them and that this recent campaign about redefining themselves is a bunch of horse bisquits. Ironically, just today, my wife needed to make a cash deposit into the account of a dear family member who is in Mexico assisting orphans and whose account is with WF. Wells Fargo refused our cash and the woman behind the counter was pompous, rude, inappropriate in her line of questioning and a waste of my wife's time. And, this was to help orphans and she did not care as they refused our cash deposit into the account of our family member. We are pretty mellow people, but I have had horrible experiences with these people off and on for 30 years. Never, never, never do business with these idiots. Regardless if you are in Prescott, AZ or Boston MA. Run away.

I love the people at the bank, but even if you call the direct number you get a call center somewhere that cannot answer a local question. but the call center folks are really nice, just be patient.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Guaranteed the best location in the quad city area. Whenever I have questions or concerns when it comes to my account or advice on financial decisions, Kirt and his staff are always willing to help and give the most knowledgeable input on the topic. So timely and kind as well. Thank you so much for everything! I would 100% recommend them.
