Wells Fargo Bank has friendly and helpful staff. They provide immediate appointments and are supremely nice. The bank has pleasant, professional, and personable employees. They are knowledgeable and understanding, taking prompt actions to help customers. Some employees are outstanding and worthy of a 5-star rating, providing great customer service and problem-solving skills. They are willing to adjust their schedules to meet customer needs on short notice. Overall, Wells Fargo Bank has a great team that provides excellent service.
Horrible experience at this Branch. Personal bankers treat you like you're dumb. No help whatsoever! Will be pulling all of my money out of Wells Fargo!

Why does anyone need ID to exchange money. If I give you a hundred dollar bill and ask for $20's, ID shouldn't matter. And it didn't matter at other banks.
