I just had the best experience with a cellular sales representative at Verizon on Willow Creek Rd in Prescott, AZ! If you want to work with a highly knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented representative… and experience truly excellent customer service… then go there ask for Michael Mohr!! Or call ahead and schedule an appointment with him!
Here is what happened…
I had added a line to my plan on the app so I would have 2 phone numbers associated with my iPhone 15. I then called the main Verizon number (corporate) to ask how to use the 2 numbers… switching between the 2 numbers.. my main concern was keeping track of the calls / texts for each number. This was incredibly important to me! And the representative on the phone deleted my current SIM… totally disabling my phone! And then NONE of the representatives at Verizon corporate could figure out how to fix it! I spent 3 hours.. 3 HOURS… on the phone with them and spoke to numerous representatives.
THEN, I went to the Verizon store on Willow Creek Rd… totally stressed out because I had no phone for 5 hours at this point and on a day that I needed to be available by phone… and I met Michael Mohr. He literally fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes! And, he has excellent attention to details… noticing that I had an old iPhone 11 that was synced to my iPhone 15 (as a back-up device). He then informed me I could active the 2nd number on the iPhone 11 for a minimal monthly charge and no contract… totally solving my concerns about keeping track of the calls / texts for each number! I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes and left totally stress free!

Arthur helped my wife and I get new phones and he was super helpful. I came in and the manager James helped me get a new screen protector. Highly recommend this store over any other stores nearby. This store is by far the best! Exceptional service every time I go in.
