Signs are posted in Mount Vernon, No trucks over 10,000 GVW. I called the second time today and the receptionist basically told me they’ve been driving down our street for 35 yrs and that’s how they go. Totally rude. I asked her name and she said she didn’t have to give it. Nice, huh?

Total disregard for the laws in the city of Prescott. Using N Mt Vernon for a cut through with their semi low boy when there are signs (posted 11/20) nothing over 10K GVW allowed. Called their number and told them about the signs and law and was told by the gal that answered the call that they have been doing it for 35 years and hung up on my wife. Guess that makes it ok?

Highly recommend Tri City Towing! We required towing on our way home from Las Vegas after experiencing issues with our vehicle. The dispatcher we spoke to was friendly and helpful in taking the time to figure out where we were using landmarks nearby. The driver who came out was also friendly and very helpful in getting our truck to the dealer and us to a hotel. He took the time to google search a hotel near a car rental location considering we are out of towners. The towing rates for Tri City are reasonable as well. Excellent employees + great rates = awesome company & positive customer experience.

Chris was extremely careful with my car. He checked the load twice. He also handled morning rush-hour traffic well and navigated his way around to avoid the speed bumps. He was really nice to talk to even though he had to concentrate a lot.

The tow truck driver Tim was so helpful and patient, he not only towed my car to the mechanic he also drove me to pick up my other car so I would not be without a car for the weekend. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car!!

Chris got my Challenger running immediately. Still had a little trouble because gas was old and stalled out when heading to the dealership.Chris came right back to save the day again!He stayed with us and made sure we got out of the neighborhood and safely on our way.Had a great convo about cars and trucks too.Very personable and knowledgeable.Highly recommended!

Had a couple nails in my tire, no took to let the spare down, no jack... Nothing.... The gentle man that came was very calm, very helpful, he was angel. He helped me learn where to find the tool how to use it had it been there. .. and he completed the task in the dark and freezing tempatires. Thank you Tri City Towing! You will always be my 1st call.

Levi from Tri-City Towing came out to help after I contacted Verizon Roadside Assistance. He was kind, courteous, helpful, and quick. I really appreciate how calm he was through the whole process of getting my roadside assistance switched over from a flat tire change to a tow so I could get back on the road!

I've had to get "rescued" a few times over the past year, and each time it's been Tri-City. They've really saved my bacon more than once, most recently about an hour ago. I especially want to thank Tyler, who pulled my car from one of the invisible ditches in P.V. He made a bad night much better.

Jason is such a blessing! He helped me out with something that had he not witnessed, I would have never known. This company is such an asset to the Prescott and surrounding areas. I am so thankful for all their help and support. This is by far the best tow company I have ever had to deal with! I can't recommend them enough!!
