“OMG, Steven from Dash Hound saved me today. I drove my little dog to our usual walking area, got out, and confidently locked Zaria Zoomington in the car WITH the keys. A frantic call to Prescott Lock and Safe was answered by a wonderful lady who told me to call Steven, said he was local, and that he would come to me and open the car. I called, Steven answered, and said "I WILL BE RIGHT THERE". I texted the address to him, he arrived within ten minutes, and had the car open in less than two minutes. He was wonderful in every way, reassuring, professional, and just outstanding. The price for arriving within ten minutes of my call and opening my car up professionally and with no damage at ALL, was extremely reasonable and totally worth it.
I HIGHLY recommend Steven from Dash Hound Towing. I don't know what I would have done today, other than use a rock to break a car window. Steven is a tremendous resource to our community. PLEASE don't hesitate to call him. Steven will save the day.”

“Highly recommend Tri City Towing! We required towing on our way home from Las Vegas after experiencing issues with our vehicle. The dispatcher we spoke to was friendly and helpful in taking the time to figure out where we were using landmarks nearby. The driver who came out was also friendly and very helpful in getting our truck to the dealer and us to a hotel. He took the time to google search a hotel near a car rental location considering we are out of towners. The towing rates for Tri City are reasonable as well. Excellent employees + great rates = awesome company & positive customer experience.”

“The quality of the work was great, although an issue with my windshield washer fluid was mentioned, and they said the took care of it, which was not true. The issue was unresolved when I picked up the vehicle. That being said, the repair work was great, but I'm not sure why the secretary would say another issue was taken care of when it was in fact not.”
