“I went in about 2 days ago (while on a road trip) after having noticed a gash in one of my tires.
Bryant answered the phone and was SUPER helpful!! He patiently asked all the needed questions and allowed me to ask all my questions.
After getting off the phone, I arrived there around 4pm.
The crew of 4 other people (Jacob, David, and I didn't catch the name tags of the others) that helped me throughout the evening, checked my tire and then noticed 2 other tires had gashes or chunks of the tire missing!
Everything was explained and shown to me without me having to push for an explanation.
All the tires were still under warranty, so don't worry, don't think they were trying to sell me on anything.
By that time, the crew knew they would be working overtime. Even so, they were all still super thorough in their work. Instead of worrying about when they would clock out, they were more concerned about me having been waiting there for so long.
Thank you ALL for being so thorough and taking pride in your work! Strong work ethics like these guys, are hard to come by! GOOD JOB! KEEP IT UP!”
