Very close to downtown and Whiskey Row. Great room. Clean. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was good. (Waffles, bagels, eggs, Nutella, oatmeal).

Nice quiet room especially with a full hotel. Though I had better eggs in the Army, their breakfast could use a make over.

This hotel allows smoking in the common patio area, adjacent to the swimming pool, and including the fire pit area. This makes it impossible for me to enjoy those areas. Most hotels don’t allow smoking on their grounds. I don’t understand this exception.

I'm going to tell you I use this hotel a lot for work. It's close to my favorite market. Walkable to other places but the icing on the cake? A car charger in the parking lot. So do not book here and do not use the car charger because then I can't book here and use its charger. There are other hotels in the area that are almost as nice...book there.... I'm pretty sure you'll like it there almost as much...just without the car charger, nice staff, walkable amenities, etc...

Quick getaway from the every day! Comfortable and modern, this hotel is a good choice for those seeking time away from the mundane. The lobby is furnished with pastel seating and modern art, and there are snacks and drinks (both soft drinks and alcoholic beverages) at the counter. And in case you forgot your toothbrush and toothpaste, these items may also be purchased. There is a fitness center inside this hotel that is open 24/7 for anyone looking to use fitness equipment not too far from the lobby. The rooms have classy vibes but are not over the top luxury, making them affordable, and a stay at this hotel will get you free breakfast. The indoor pool is warm and child-friendly, as it goes little past five feet. The jacuzzi is intensely relaxing, and the jet work wonders. Both the pool and jacuzzi have mechanically operated pool chairs around them, allowing for persons with physical limitations to enjoy the water, too. Just beyond the pool and jacuzzi, there is a fenced in outdoor seating area complete with tanning recliners as well as cushioned seats and a fire pit and barbeque. The hotel is also located within walking distance of a grocery store and many restaurants as well as other shopping centers. Overall, I had a great experience and plan to stay here again in the future!

Clean room but on the smaller side for a suite. Room could be noisy with people walking above or in corridor, water noise, etc. Friendly staff. Quality of bed and mattress firmness can be improved. Next to a shopping center with grocery store, Walgreen, a Panda Express. A few restaurants within easy walking distance.
Rooms: Clean but bedding and noise insulation needs to be updated.
Walkability: Easy walk to nearby restaurants, groceries.
Food & drinks: Free breakfast. Limited choice but good quality covering essential items.

The 2 Marriott properties are the only places in Prescott that charge for parking. All the parking around the square is free 2 hour parking and you can park longer for free in the Granite Street Garage. Prescott doesn't have any transit, and Uber service is available, but there are few cars available. Charging $7 for parking in Prescott is almost unimaginable, but this hotel is doing it anyway. The Residence Inn Prescott is off Highway 69, in a suburban type setting, and walking along Highway 69 is unpleasant and dangerous. It is possible to stay at this Spring Hill Suites without a car, but extremely careful planning would be required to reach this hotel. Once at Spring Hill Suites Prescott, things get easier. Panda Express is 100 feet away, and a multitude of restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. Downtown Prescott is very walkable, the historic courthouse, Sherrod Hall Museum and Yavapai College are all within a 15 minute walk. The rooms and breakfast are typical for a Spring Hill Suites.
Nearby activities: Walgreens and a grocery store are in the adjacent shopping center. Courthouse square events are only 3 blocks away.

We had a group of 13. The staff worked with us to ensure we had everything we needed for our mini conference. The service was top notch. The rooms were flawlessly clean. The breakfast was good. The conferance room was perfect. They were super close to ANYTHING you could possibly want to eat. They were also close to downtown historic Prescott. We didn't get to try the pool or hot tub, but peaked in and it was super clean. I highly recommend this venue.
Rooms: Rooms were super clean. I saw them in a nearby room. They truly do strip the beds.
Food & drinks: Food is all around you. You can walk to anything. Area is safe, clean and tons of stuff to do nearby.
