I really enjoyed this motel. The rooms were pretty clean and very roomy. We had the king deluxe room. Only minor gripes were the fireplace fixture didn't really work, the ice machine was behind the main office, so I had to run across the street, and water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Not a deal breaker by any means.Staff was friendly. Great location. I would definitely stay again!

Worst sleep, worst bed I have ever slept it. Not to mention I had people asking me to buy things from them outside our room. Was disappointed that I didn't have a fireplace in my room when I thought I was getting one. Fireplace is only on top floor (have to walk up the stairs). Was hoping I'd be staying in the little single rooms not an apartment looking building. We only ended up staying 1 night and did get a refund for our 2nd night.. so we moved to another location.

The room was clean. I stayed 2 nights. Just needed a place to sleep. The deadbolt did not lock - Didn't line up with the hole. The heater worked well. The water pressure was good. Mattress was comfortableAll in all, it's not bad for sleeping.

Sierra Inn is a great place to stay at !!! I don't know why it only shows two stars as far as the hotel but it is a really nice place. It even had somewhat of a little luxury felling to it.The room was immaculate it even had a fireplace in it and the kitchenette even had pots and pans with it all. We had a room with the king size bed and it was very comfortable and even the sheets and comforter were nice and soft. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back to Sierra Inn to stay again next time we're out in Prescott Arizona.Rooms: The rooms are really nice they have comfortable beds sheets they have fireplaces I'm not sure about all of them but a lot of them .Nearby activities: You're close to whiskey bro we're all the shops and restaurants are.

I stayed here last night because I unfortunately had no other choice and it was THE WORST experience I've ever had. First room they put me in had Dog piss on the ground, the A. C unit was missing the cover and there was literally animal hair everywhere.. The second room they put me in smelled, like the bottom of a trash can, like somebody was sitting in there, Smoking for days... The owners sons friend that was hanging out in the office walked across the street To give me some fabreeze for the room. That was how they tried to resolve the issue. It was disgusting. everything was stained the shower curtain and the bed cover. There was mold on the plastic mat that held dishes. The son Bradley was very nice that night....However, there is a lady in the front this morning who was incredibly rude with nasty teeth and long hair. She never apologized for the inconvenience, she just said. Oh yeah, your the one They told me that you found roach eggs in the cupboards so I'll go check the room out in a bit. I told her about my complaints and she said. Well, it wasn't bad because you ended up staying over night. Still when I explained to her, I had no other place to go. She was very rude and I asked for a refund or something and that I'll never stay there again. She said well again it wasn't that bad because you slept there sooo...WOW!! Do NOT stay here. Pay the extra 30 bucks or so and get a different hotel..Also! I JUST CALLED back to see if that lady Loreeta went to check room and she said she didn't smell anything bad and didn't find anything wrong w the room. And when I told her I have the pictures of both the rooms she said well oh well. Wow! disgusting! I will be pursuing further to get my refund. WITH PICTURES! And what a coincidence there are reviews about the same issues I had!!

Really great stay! Lad at the front desk very courteous and came to help me turn on the heater in my room when I couldn't figure it out myself :) if I ever stay in Prescott again, will choose this same inn.

Cleaning Fee ScamExperience:The room I stayed in was located next to a designated smoking area. And the room smelled like cigarette smoke upon entry. The window was left open, and remained open due to airflow. A couple days after checking out. A cleaning fee was charged due to "the smell of weed".Conclusion: I can not recommend this Inn to anyone. Also, I did attempt to obtain a refund based on the bogus claim. Which was not honored. It is possible that this Inn could do this to someone else. So for that, I'm posting this for others to take extreme caution when staying here.Tip: close all windows and have someone verify your room before checking out. If you smell anything report it.*I do recommend the bed and breakfast next door from this place. The lady who runs it was extremely nice and provided delicious food. The room over there was much cleaner as well. Although it's a few bucks more. I will be staying there for future stays from here on out.

We checked in at 4pm clerk said room was not ready come back in 25 mins. We came back and still waited. Finally got in the room and it was very dirty. Floors not swept, pillow cases had holes and makeup on them, blanket had cigarette holes burned in them, tv could not be seen from the bed. I asked the front desk for a refund to which I was told the rooms were clean she watched them get supplies. Don't waste your time here.

The room was clean enough, and the beds were initially adequate in this motel that hasn't been renovated for decades. The men had a fun swim in the outdoor pool shortly after we checked in. Unfortunately, monsoon rains set in while we were at a family outing. We returned at 10:30 p.m. to discover that a leaking roof had wet our bed - but the front desk is unmanned until morning, so we had to make do by moving the bed out from under the leak, adapting, and overcoming. At morning check out, the clerk thanked me for reporting the leaking roof without apology or restitution for our sub-par accommodations. BTW, the Continental breakfast is a paper bag containing 2 cheap granola bars and 2 small pieces of fruit.

Stayed here before. Great little place for the money. Harkens back to the motor court days of the 60's. Nuthin' fancy but clean, comfortable and friendly. Good location, close to downtown AND heading up to the mountains. Plan on making it my go to hotel while visiting my son at
