If I had a choice to choose no stars I would. There is always an old Caucasian Male employee who always closes the restrooms at night and refuses you to use the bathroom. Just like tonight at 01/10/24 at 11:45 pm (2245 hours), I drove up to the store and walked in and ask if I can use the restroom. He then responded back saying that the bathroom is closed for tonight.
This is a 24/7 hour store if your going to open your store 24 hours don't close the restrooms. If you got to go you got to go because I would be happy to go to Circle K and use the bathroom and buy something afterwards. It's ridiculous that I have to go somewhere else because this dude always closes the bathroom. But other workers including managers let me use it at 2258 hours, or even at 2am. They need to do something to this employee

I come here every day because of Rhonda...she is constantly cleaning making it a wonderful place to stop at.. she greets everyone with her fantastic smile and friendly Hello... Rhonda is the only employee I see putting in a 110% effort.. Thank you so much Rhonda..

Don't get gas here. Filled up my wife's brand new Jeep Gladiator here 9-2-23, and got more water that gas. It started making the motor knock before we got home, had to drain the gas tank, flush the gas lines, clean the injectors and change the spark plugs the gas was so bad!!!!! And the older gentleman that wears the bright pink shirt pretty much told me to F- off when I called and asked what they would do to compensate!!! This store has always had horrible customer service and is nasty on the inside, now you can add bad gas to their reputation!!!!

Management is awesome! If there is an issue with anything, they try their best to make things right for their customers. I have never experienced this anywhere else.

As I walked in, the white male clerk (who had suggested it was "his store") was in the process of lecturing a non-white woman about how rude it was of her to interrupt his conversation with another white male customer as she had apparently entered just before me asking to use the restroom. Understandably offended the woman bristled and against better judgement decided to argue with the clerk. The clerk promptly doubled down on his Karen-like behavior by immediately picking up the phone threatening to call the police and have her removed from the store. This whole scene was so disgusting to me I left without making my purchase. Unacceptable way to treat people! I'm done with this store forever.

They don't accept debit cards on purpose so that un suspecting consumers pull up to the pump thinking they are paying the advertised price and they have to pick credit card which means they are paying 15-20 cents more per gallon. They own hundreds of locations across AZ. Most are Shell stations. When I called, they admitted it was for profitability
