I've been coming to Sally's overtime. Met nice people here. Today, I have to recognize Noelle because she gave me great info about products, really hung in there with me, and was so kind. She really helped me a lot. Excellent customer service! Besides that, her hair is gorgeous and inspiring in addition to her wonderful personality.

I appreciate that the store didn’t have any fragrances, as they make me very sick and I expected them. It was a nice professional atmosphere. The employee explained the benefits of joining the rewards program and also gave me advice on the product I was buying.

Arrived at 2:20 to see they were on lunch break until 3 walked around the Ross and target for 40 min just to walk back over there to see a new sign now saying on break until 3:30. Good luck keeping your business open when you are closed for half the afternoon.

I've been sitting in front of the Frontier Village location of Sally's in Prescott Arizona for 20 minutes, waiting for them to open up. According to the sign that was 15 minutes ago!! I'd say, at least 20-25 people have tried the door and left. Terriblely UNPROFESSIONAL ?

Ours are not shared on the door it’s Sunday. It states online that they open at 11 o’clock. It is 1120 and no one is here Prescott Valley location isn’t answering their phones either…. Better customer service if you’re not going to be open on Sundays change your Google listing and put something on the door.

Really need more than one person working. I got there long before close and there was a sign that they’d be back in 10. I waited 17 minutes and still locked so I drove all the way back to Chino. That’s almost an hour and a half of my time completely wasted because no one was working and my hair is still looking horrendous. Thanks for nothing

I went in for some advice on hair color because this was the first time that I was coloring it. I was addressed by this beautiful young man who's name was Connor. He was more than helpful and he assisted me through my entire shopping experience. Not only did he help me but when another customer came into the store he addressed their needs and quickly returned to me still in my state of confusion. Eventually we landed on a bleach kit and color that suited me. He was extremely helpful and kind. Since then I have primarily shopped at this specific Sally's and the service has been nothing but splendid. If you need help and insight on styles and beauty trends ask for Connor. He is nothing but Sweet and Patient.. a total godsend if you will.
