Deli products leave my to be desired. Hot chicken roast used to be so flavorful. But now they're selling rubbery tasteless chickens.I won't be back for thus item.Safeway has gone down hill since Albertsons took over.

The people are incredibly friendly; great and fast service. It is farther from my house than other pharmacies, but I drive over there because it's so easy.

Safeway Pharmacy has fantastic lead pharmacists and clerks, since they got rid of one "bad apple" clerk within the last year. We've had all of our covid shots and some other vaccinations there from the lead pharmacist, he's a great guy, very professional, courteous, and with a wry sense of humor when prodded. Safeway's automated phone system is much better now than it was previously, and when a prescription runs out, they contact the prescribing doctor very quickly. We've moved all of our prescriptions there and are glad we stuck with them while some of the bumps were worked out.

Another follow up. My wife really likes a certain bread that only Safeway carries in Prescott so I tried to shop at Safeway this morning. Unfortunately, it appears that due to "Senior Day", or old fart discount Wednesday, the store sold out of virtually everything. I'm not sure how this happens however, since it never happens at Frys or Walmart. I guess the management of this store never plans ahead. As a result of this, there was little or no bread to be had. I tried to purchase some deli meats and cheeses. Guess what no deli meats or cheeses in the deli case, literally there was no cheese, not any kind to purchase. I tried to buy the brand of milk I always purchase, again they didn't have it. Not sure what gives, its not supply chain issues, its just poor, terrible planning by a business that doesn't care about its customers. Keep it up Safeway its always amazing how bad you keep getting.

I'm not sure why the prior1&2 Star negative reviews...makes no sense to me. We switched over to this Safeway Pharmacy after 35 years with CVS Pharmacies (both in SO Cal and up-the-street on Willow Creek Rd...which was a horrible, self-defeating experience and killing us. This particular Safeway Pharmacy has proven to be "outstanding" and well worth the 5-Stars.

I just wish Southern CA people would drive normal in the parking lot instead of driving like a bat out of hell. Really? You have no reason to drive fast.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. I went through their line 4 times today because they said my prescription wasn't ready yet before they finally told me they don't have it.

I just want to say I have been going to the Safeway since it opened ... in the pharmacy so many great pharmacist have come and gone over the past few years you can always count on Bethany she is always there and always kind and works hard to make sure I get what I need... if she leaves I will move all my scripts...

OK, its a pharmacy. And right now, everyone can be a little on edge and testy, so I understand that. However, giving someone the benefit of the doubt by not starting off angry would help all involved. Hours are a little off, but they have been updated.

I can never understand this Safeway location. I go to this location once a year to get firewood. The female employees are a bunch of snakes that are mean and hateful to all customers. The male employees are always violent and looking for an excuse to throw a punch at customers. The parking lot always has stalkers that looking to hurt whoever they can. My sister comes into town once in a while and buys ice cream here. She is always friendly to the cashiers but the cashiers are as cold as hell to her.

I would say I've been a regular customer for 2-3 years, for one reason only, because the cost of a specific medication. If not for the 1000 dollar cost difference I would never step foot in any Safeway pharmacy.Experiences have varied, although 9/10 times I walkout stressed, disappointed, or downright furious. First off their App and website is out of date, do not notify you when your prescription is ready, and 3/4 of the time doesn't relay info to the pharmacy. I use the app to avoid having to talk to there staff at any cost. Most times calling the pharmacy is a test of your patience. Talking with the pharmacy techs that talk to you as if you're the reason for their suffering in life. They give your misinformation frequently, then when accused...deny. It's absolutely outrageous how neglectful and irresponsible this pharmacy is. Unless this your last resort on the planet I would not support this business.

If it wasn't for the friendly staff and distance to another grocery store I probably wouldn't shop here. The shelves are still rarely stocked, especially with sale items, and the lines are usually long. Be prepared to bag your own groceries cause there's rarely a bagger to help. The new carts are nice but sometimes a pig with lipstick is still a pig.

Let me start by saying this establishment has the best sandwiches and soup. Unfortunately to go in at lunch time and hope to get a quick sandwich and soup before getting back to work is nearly impossible. We visit the deli at Safeway approximately 2 to 3 times a week during lunch time 12 o'clock. It amazes me thatThere is usually one employee standing behind the counter trying to handle The deli and the bakery. I usually go up to the only single person back there working and ask is there anybody back there that can help us make sandwiches, They usually nod their head and walked to the back an amazingly 3 to 4 other employees come out from behind the wall. Most of the employees will leave the Deli area and one employee will tell you I'll be right with you. I only have so much time for lunch. When we finally get helped the employee States hold on we don't have any supplies to make sandwiches they have to go out into the main store to gather up product. Myself and other customers or standing around looking at each other like this is a circus. We apparently have to find another place to get lunch because this area is mismanaged And that's a shame because they do have excellent food. I have actually watched people turn around and say this is not worth it I'll go somewhere else, I don't blame them the store manager needs to see exactly what's going on in all his or her departments and get people to work not hide. I believe that Safeway corporate needs to be notified of this activity which I will be doing.....

For Spam calling all of your patients try to advertise your petty flu vaccine, which we consented to alerts-NOT ADVERTISING, I will deliberately go out of my way to not only get the flu shot elsewhere, but tell people to avoid getting it at Safeway. I think you know where you can shove your spam robo-calling...
