I stop at Safeway often since It's closest to we're we live. I love Safeways meats & produce however they are out of product more than anything The store seems pretty clean until you go into the bathroom also I don't understand why more registers aren't open causing long lines! Tracy (the store director) is extremely rude! I made a cute don't know why I continue to shop here when they are constantly out of stuff and she made a really rude comment back telling me there are other place I can go! What?? She seriously needs some training on how to interact with others!!

Stopped in today to pick up a few things especially greeting cards. Their selection of cards is great. I also bought a few grocery items. I picked a checkout stand that had only 1 woman being helped and there apparently was only 1 item she was buying. There seemed to be a question as to pricing on this item. I waited and waited and waited. The clerk was still searching for pricing information I guess. When I looked behind me I saw 3 people in lime with half full baskets and still only 2 checkstands open. The guy bagging at my stand opened up a new register and proceeded to help people behind me!!! By this time I'm angry and made a comment aloud about a lot of fuss over 1 item costing less than $5!!! Finally after at least 10 minutes I was helped. The checker said very quietly thanks for your patience. I couldn't respond! I was too angry. And I had to start bagging my own groceries!!! A guy did come over and took care of bagging the rest of the order. I snatched the receipt and walked out to a busy parking lot and literally claimed pedestrian right of way and cutoff cars!!! There is a reason why I usually go to this place before 7 am! The price question should have been handled at either the manager's desk or another register. Unacceptable customer service! I should have been catered to after being treated in such an unfair way.

In a world where it's difficult to find helpful folks, Kay has restored my faith in just how great one person can be. I'm not a regular to this Safeway, as I'm from Tucson. I was in self check out and realized I was not getting my discount for some items. Kay showed me how to navigate the app to quickly change my in store shopping location and easily find the discounted items I was purchasing. Kay was patient and kind. She knows her job well, and I sincerely appreciate her top-notch customer service. Kudos to Kay! I hope she gets recognized by her manager because she deserves it

I shopped in the White Spar location this morning and Megan was my cashier. I messed up my coupons, and Megan was incredibly sweet and helpful. She took the time to fix the problem and made sure that I got all the discounts I was counting on. I just wanted to let the world know that she is wonderful and a big asset to Safeway.

Worst service ever. Went in to this location this morning for three items and there's no checkers. The 'self-check' was full with a line of 8 people. I waited 5 minutes in line, then put my items down and left. Six months ago it was the same way and I called the district manager and the store manager. Both just gave me lip service about customer service. Neither have any idea what 'customer service' actually is. Sad, as it's such a nice location. Never again though. Sprout's has better pricing and excellent service. The only reason I go to Safeway is that I'm lazy, as this location is close to my house. Well, not anymore. Bye.

Worse service ever received! Make Flu shot appointment for my wife and I 5 days in advance at the Spar Rd location in Prescott and was called 25 minutes prior to arrival and told no more vaccines. Advised to try another store. This was after no less than 5 E mail reminders at 06:30 am reminding us of appointment! This is NOT customer service or good time management. You can be assured our prescriptions will not be transferred and will not use this store for anything! Robert Hegel

The staff is rude and unhelpful. The customer service representative I spoke with today after my experience at the store made attempts to justify what occurred, which was a big flap over my request to have my order double-bagged in paper bags. Won't return, and I was a regular.

Sushi is disgusting, smells like the sea. Anyone who knows how sushi is supposed to taste and smell, it doesn't smell like it came right from the ocean. I ordered sushi from DoorDash and it straight up smelt like it was from the ocean. I like seafood, but seafood when it's cooked and properly handled, it shouldn't smell like that. The rice was dry, everything about it was disgusting. Super sad because I had to throw away $30 worth of food. Do better Safeway
