They are fast! I thought it would take a few hours to repair my windshield, but it just took 15 minutes. I'm replacing a windshield as well, so i will update this once it's done.

Always outstanding customer service. I have been at this shop for the last 4 years. I couldn't even keep count how many windshields I had replaced every time on my Jeep Wrangler and they have been so wonderful to me. in and out just like that. Don't have to wait very long

One of my side clips came off my windshield I was super bummed but safelight replaced both clips for free and the service tech was really nice and funny. Thank you so much for fixing my baby.

I never received an email to rate my safelite experience this past Saturday (18 May). Jose called me around 0700 to let me know when he’d be at my location to change my windshield. He showed up promptly at that time, changed my windshield, and was out of there in under 45 minutes. He was courteous and professional.

Had Jose install a glass for me in prescott and he was very courteous and professional and did a great job my truck is a Ram limited longhorn and has every item on a truck that you could put.on a truck Jose did.a great job everything works .great thank you Jose

Unable to calibrate Subarus and will waste hours of your time. Took almost 7 hours of my time for them to replace my windshield and after two appointments still couldn’t get it fixed.
Gave excuses the first appointment after waiting over 4 hours on my day off that they “had the wrong glass and were having trouble calibrating it” but still sent me home with a new windshield and made me wait another week to come in on another day off to do it right and it has been 3 hours and all they keep saying is that “Subarus are finicky to calibrate”.
Apparently they can’t calibrate it and told me “you have to go to Subaru to have them finish the calibration”.
This is an unacceptable amount of time wasted. I had my windshield replaced on this same car at Safelite in flagstaff and it barely took them an hour to replace the glass and calibrate the system so I really see no excuse.

I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced. They had a comfortable waiting room with water, coffee and snacks. Neil was my technician....he kept me informed about the process. He did a lovely job on my windshield and made sure that I understood how to care for my new windshield over the next few days . Thank you Safelite and thank you Neil.

Sent to Safelite by Liberty Mutual Insurance 2 weeks ago for windshield replacement. Tech told me after work completed at shop: 1. It was ok to drive home now, 2. Leave the blue tape on the windshield for one hour and then remove, 3. Do not wash car for at least 2 days. These instructions were followed exactly. PROBLEMS: 1. after returned home from Safelite as instructed, got text message from Safelite saying it was NOT ok to drive home until 30 minutes LATER than tech had said. 2. 16 hours later, got another text from Safelite saying NOW it was safe to remove tape from windshield that tech had told me to remove 15 hours earlier. 3. Day after service completed, Safelite sent me a satisfaction survey in which I provided all of this information about the tech giving completely wrong instructions!! SURPRISE: 2 weeks and 500 miles after the work completed, 4 INCH L-shape crack at bottom of windshield on driver side. Immediately went to Safelite today for warranty resolution based on defective product and/or installation issue. Safelite refused to take responsibility because there was a small, very superficial 1/8 inch chip next to windshield wiper. A nightmare, ridiculous low-quality product and non-existent, incompetent, unprofessional service from start to finish. Filing complaint with Liberty Mutual Insurance to resolve now. Take your business elsewhere!! MARCH 4 UPDATE: Complaints filed with Safelite Corporate and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for assistance with resolution, Liberty Mutual Insurance assisting with intervention.

I had my windshield replace yesterday and the service was great. I also have camera's that needed to be recalibrate to work properly and it wasn't long after I left the shop, their work was tested. A car pulled out in front of me as I was driving at 40 miles an hour and my car hit the brakes as they were supposed to. I am so grateful to my technician for a job well done and saving me from an accident! Yes people, you can totally trust safelite to do the job correctly!
