Great place to stay in Prescott. Staff was very accommodating. Level 2 chargers are available. Across the street from Costco. Clean and quiet. Some parts of the hotel was being remodeled, so you may here some construction. Otherwise great place to stay.

Very clean and spacious rooms! The whole place has been remodeled and the rooms no longer have carpet which I love. Everything was clean and neat. They have a modest continental breakfast available for free which is also a nice addition. Had a great experience with Lori at the front desk. We needed one extra room at the last minute and she was able to accommodate us and not gouge us on the price. That was exceptional service!
Rooms: Huge with full kitchen and mini living room. No carpet, very clean and new

Under renovation and the "new beds" are broken already. It felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. Barely got 4 to 6 hours of sleep per night over the last 4 nights. Unapologetic check out staff that didn't bat an eye that people were checking out at 4 AM due to discomfort.

CAN YOU SAY YUCK!!!!
I decided to try this hotel and boy did I regret it from check in until 2 weeks later. Let me explain.
The whole experience was bad. I checked in and the girl was very confused because I had a gift certificate for the room. She was having problems with how to process the certificate towards my room. I thought she figured it out, then she asks for a credit card for incidentals and asked did I have a car. I thought this was a strange question, and when I said yes, she then informed me that there is a $7.00 charge to park your car in the parking lot. How ridiculous!!! But I agreed so as not to cause a fuss. I even made the comment of how I didn't want to see a charge for the room on my credit card, because I have had that happen before when my room was prepaid. She assured me that wasn't their practice and that I don't have to worry.
Well, when I walked in the room, it was horrible. It obviously had not been vacuumed or cleaned well at all. There was large pieces of debris all over the floors, all the tables and mirrors looked like they were wiped with a dirty cloth. When I went into the bathroom vanity area, it looked like someone had been shot and bled on the floor!!!! It was horrible. The front desk said that I had the last room when I checked in, so no hope for changing rooms. We toughed through this nasty room, despite all the things that were wrong, but for almost $200. a night, you can definitely find better accomodations than this place when in Prescott Arizona. And this is a pet friendly hotel, so you will hear barking dogs during your stay.
When I checked out the lady asked how my stay was and I expressed that it wasn't good, and she replied "I'm so sorry about all of this, and I will pass it on to the manager, maybe she can recompensate you for your experience." to which I replied "Okay, that would be nice." Well needless to say, 2 days later, the hotel charged my credit card for the cost of the whole room, and when I called and told them about it, I never spoke with any manager or lead person, they took 2 weeks to fix the error on their part, and I never did receive an apology or any type of compensation for such a bad experience. Oh well. I go by first impressions, and this place made a horrible one. Don't make the same mistake I did, find somewhere else to stay.

Stayed for Soccer. This was perfect! So patient with the players and families. The breakfast was amazing ! Especially cold brew coffee! The staff was out of this world nice. Thank you Residence Inn Prescott!
Food & drinks: Breakfast is a huge variety even French toast. Oatmeal Bar more toppings than you can count. Cold brew coffee , oat milk, almond milk.
Noteworthy details: Staff is beyond Amazing.

It's a Marriott! Our stay was perfect, the staff outstanding and can't ever say enough about their beds and bedding. Great location...Great stay as always!!

Set up around midnight and there's nobody here stayed for 20 minutes called the front desk called the hotel next door. Not sure what the deal is I'd rather sleep but I guess I'll go to sleep outside whatever.
