We had a great experience with Geoff and his team. He is very knowledgeable about the prescott area market. He also understands the supply and demand relationship with housing prices along with the impact of interest rate impacting the prices of homes. When he provides guidance on the pricing of ur homes, please have a open mind. It is very easy to take pride in you home and think it is worth more than the market will bear. Please take my advise from someone how studied economics for my degree.
He and his team were helpful in all aspects of issues that arised from estate sale, repairs, etc. We were not in Prescott, so everything was discussed remotely, and we didn't have to worry about anything not being executed. We highly recommend that you work with Geoff and his team! Thank you Hyland Group Realtor.

We appreciated Sheila’s help selling a home from out of state. It was rather complicated but she skillfully guided us through the ups and downs. She and her team communicated with us whenever needed through text messages/emails. Sometimes it wasn’t clear who the right person we should communicate with because of the different levels on the team. For better clarity we learned to rely on phone calls to Sheila. Only one thing really surprised us—Sheila took “our buyer” to look for other homes they could possibly buy other than ours. It would have been better if she had let us know ahead of time. It turned out to be a moot point because that contract fell through. It wasn’t as easy to sell this home as we thought it would be so we really benefited from Sheila’s expertise and diligence.

We were lucky to work with Josh Fitch. Our needs and wishes were not easy to accomplish. We needed a home with a casita or and walkout basement that was completely set up for my mother. Josh worked closely with us, sending pictures and videos as we were located in a different state.
When we did visit he showed us some amazing homes and worked closely with us to get the home of our dreams! He has also been a great resource for us as far as handymen and other services everyone needs but doesn’t know where to go!
We cannot say enough positive things about working with Josh Fitch!

If you’re looking to buy your first home like my husband and I were over these last few months look no further! Our realtor Jason Maiolo was so helpful and easy to work with. He checked in with us often enough I felt kept in the loop, but not too often that it was overwhelming. He took the time to answer all of our questions when it came to buying our home and I couldn’t have asked for better. I wish we had Sharon for every home sale! She’s the #1 realtor we’ve worked with in 9 real estate transactions over the years. Sharon exceeded our expectations and really went above and beyond.
She brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge for Mandalay homes from her years of experience working as a seller’s agent for the developer. This translated not only to her knowing the materials, finishes, and appliances but also the key contacts for warranties and work orders. She lives in the Jasper community so can speak to the amenities and local vibe. We as sellers were advantaged by all of the above but especially so for her networking. Sharon saved us thousands of dollars in touchup work simply by having positive relationships with the contractors who built our home.
Her tremendous presentation and sales skills were magnified by a substantial support staff at the Geoff Hyland Group. We didn’t just hire Sharon, we hired a team of specialists. The presentation, marketing, and feedback were top notch. Each aspect of the home sale seemed to have an expert to optimize it which allowed Sharon to focus on the sale, which she did brilliantly and for our full ask price.
One highlight that must be shared is when we had trouble finding a replacement screen door, she drove over and replaced it with her own! We tried to reimburse her but she refused; that’s the kind of selflessness you’ll enjoy when you hire Sharon Wilmeth.
