I took my Sully Boy to Paws N’ Claws for the first time (in-between our regular groomer)… he was filthy and desperately needed a bath!! We had the BEST experience!
River, the customer service expert… was amazing! He helped me learn how the how to use their bathing supplies and even cleaned a tub out for us when I was worried about getting too wet using a platform. He was awesome!!
He even took this adorable photo of my Sully Boy “hugging” me during the blow-dryer stage!

We have been buying OC Raw and other nutrition supplements from Pawz N Clawz for three years now. I have seen a drastic change in all of my dogs health and wellbeing since getting them on a raw, species appropriate diet.
Sandy is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate pet nutritionists out there. She has helped me figure out complicated health issues with my dogs, and I’m happy to say they are all thriving now!
Pawz N Clawz is not just a pet store, they are a family. We are thankful and beyond grateful to have Sandy and the whole Pawz N Clawz crew in our life!

I give a shout-out to Deb the groomer. She always does a great job of grooming my shih tzu’s. It’s so nice that they don’t spend all day at the groomer, Deb makes sure to get them back to me with minimal time in the shop. Thanks Deb

I always feel so handsome and refreshed after a "spa day" with Deb - the groomer at Preskitt's Pawz and Clawz. My pet parents have entrusted her with my lovely fur and well-being for the past 8 years or so - maybe more - I'm not sure how much that is in dog years, though!
I was a hot mess when I first started going to see Deb - you see, I was rescued from the side of the road, and all I'm saying is, you'd be a bit snappish too, if you had to go through that! She is always very kind and gentle with me, and over the years we have formed a special bond - I don't even try to bite her anymore, because she has always respected my needs and worked with them. And believe me, I have a LOT of needs.
So, if you are looking for an amazing groomer who truly understands both dog behavior and how to bring out the best in every dogs' looks, go see Deb. Also, the facilities at Pawz and Clawz are first-rate, and the food and treats are scrumptious!

Preskitt Pawz & Clawz
I cannot recommend Preskitt Pawz & Clawz highly enough, especially for pet owners dealing with complex health issues. My dog, Sam, had been struggling with severe allergies and persistent gut health problems for months. I have washed my dog here a few X’s with a generally favorable experience. It is expensive bc I only pay $15 in Phx when I’m there. Upon checking out, the cashier had difficulty taking my payment due to an offline CC reader. After switching me to another machine and getting my payment, I turned around and discovered my small dog stole a treat by his nose in an open pail placed near the ground behind me. He bit down on it as I turned around and dropped it upon my command. This single treat cost 13.50 which I was required to purchase by the owner per phone call. I would never buy my dog this treat due to sensitivities and cost. At first I refused to pay for it and left but came back later and paid bc I want to be sure to err on the side of responsibility for my dog. What isn’t right is I feel forced and set up to have to pay for an expensive item bc my imperfect dog was enticed by inappropriate product placement while I was transacting business. This is a manipulative way to increase a bottom line. I returned a toy I had just purchased and I won’t back.

GREAT PEOPLE VERY HELPFULL. HAVE USED THEIR WASH FACULTY MANY TIMES AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO IN THE FUTURE. THEY MAKE THE PROCESS VERY EASY AND MOLLY REAL LIKES THE BIG TUB. THANK YOU ALl,,,,,,,!

From the moment Sandy brought Pawz N Clawz to the community she has made an impact on the animals lives in the community. Sandy has helped my 4 dogs with longevity and healthy living. I can see it is a subject she is passionate about and it reflects in the attention that is given to each animal that walks through the doors, Sandy and staff are here for your pets best life, no questions about that.

We give Prescott's Paw's and Claw's a five-star rating because they are always so informative about their products and know how to provide the best nutrition for our Bella. Bella gets her bath and loves the big clean tubs. Everything is spotless in the bathing area and store. Sandy always gives Bella a special treat. How kind❤️
We have had Bella on OC RAW food for over a year and we cannot believe the improvement in her health.Sandy was happy to come to our house and give us a consultation . Sandy is highly acknowledgeable for what is best for our fur baby. We love Sandy, Roman ,and their wonderful staff..We feel so blessed that they are here in Prescott.

Sandy, Roman and staff are all quite helpful and knowledgeable. It is so nice to have a certified pet nutritionist available to help keep my dogs happy and healthy. You are what you eat and so are our pets! I never worry about the products I buy at Pawz N Clawz because I know Sandy researches everything she sells in her store. My 3 mystery mutts have been on a raw diet now for about 10 months. They are excited to eat and literally drool while I prep their meals. We are often complimented on how young and healthy they appear. Not bad for 11 and 13 year old dogs! Roman and Sandy have also helped with general anxiety in my little dog and hyperkeratosis on my younger dogs paws! I just can't say enough good things about everyone at Pawz N Clawz!

This place is very cute and clean. I recommend it for their self serve dog baths. However, I will never take my dog there again for nail trimming. The woman was so mean and rough with my poor pup that I feared she was going to pull his arm out its socket.

Such a great place!! Very clean, fully stocked and the staff is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend! My puppy did way better than I expected!!
