I was fooled trusting this peculiar owner Derek leaving off my 70 year old OMEGA and a ROLEX for what he called a tune-up ? $850.00 later he certainly took advantage of me. If you have high-end watches, stay away, this company is shady not to be trusted the end result was terrible very disappointed.

Interesting reading some of these reviews. I have been in here a few times and he is fixing a Rolex for me right now. Owner is very nice and clearly knows what he is doing. 95% of his reviews are amazing. Few weird people that write reviews about silly things like masks and what time he is open.

Repaired my husband's antique family heirloom clock, replaced a crystal on an old (1950s) watch for me, and swapped a battery on my swatch watch. He is fully capable, does fantastic work, and is super kind. I love his attitude, too!

I have always been very pleased with the watch repair work of Derreck who is also the owner of Prescott Watch and Clock. I go to him whenever my watches need a new battery or leather strap. He has always treated me well and with the utmost courtesy. Recently, I picked up at his shop my Grandfather's 100 year old Hamilton Railroad Pocket watch and he made it look as if it was brand new. He cleaned it, oiled it, replaced the mainspring and polished it in a timely basis and at the agreed price. I give this shop five stars.
