Customer service is hard to come by these days and this place was outstanding. They did a great job fixing my car after I got hit. We always try to keep our money local highly highly recommend Prefered Autobody.

I had a heavily modified, very low car, that yes had wiring problems before taking it to preferred auto body. Although nothing never gave me problems before getting it back from them. If they admitted to welding my exhaust header while the 02 sensors were hooked up and frying the main 02 sensor. As well as sending me with loose lug nuts and a blown strut I’d be happy to remove all of my hurtful reviews and break my grudge against this business. The 02 sensor costed me $230 for the proper part, and i also payed them 150 to do that terrible weld job, which now needs to be redone. Exotic cars are not an excuse for bad work.

I recently took my truck to Preferred Auto Body. They couldn't have been more courteous, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend Preferred Auto Body.They are simply the best!

This place has ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT for people's vehicles. Unfortunately Galpin Ford damaged my car and body work was needed. Although the damage was repaired. They TRASHED my car. Overspray from covering the inside of my vehicle, driver side door is black and looked gray from the white paint smudged all over. I have a trash can in my vehicle and they spilled MY trash and didn't bother to pick it up, my car reeks of paint still a week later. It's like they left all my windows down to repair damage on my trunk. Ridiculous! I will NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone. BEWARE.

Didn't catch many issues that should've been fixed after my accident. Ended up paying almost 2k out of pocket fixing things they couldn't. Not to mention them leaving my lug nuts loose and putting scrapes and scratches and chips on my car. Will never come back, they refuse to take responsibility for any issues they caused or didn't fix.

My hope in writing this review is to make their future customers realize the legitimate risk in having your car with preferred auto body. My second hope is that they see this, and understand how much money I had to put into my car. Right after getting it back from them the second time. Yes I had the super low 2016 frs, I have many issues I could go on and on about. At least 3 major safety suspension and exhaust issues that my mechanic recommended I reach out about. I will make sure to keep lowering your review ratings until some type of justice is served :)

Absolutely made my car way worse then it was before! Body work was done well and made the car look new. But be aware the people that work here shouldn’t mess with anything exhaust, suspension, wiring related or anything mechanical. They will mess your car up! My lug nuts were loose along with my exhaust and many other issues not to mention
