An amazing place!! we thought we were going to move to Prescott, it is a beautiful area, but we ended up in Texas. We put all our belongings into Ponderosa Mini Storage as we were looking for our forever home.Becky is the BEST!!We ran into some serious issues with the movers we hired to bring our stuff to Texas and Becky was there with me “holding my hand” all the way. If it wasn’t for her love of people and the items that are stored at her place I don’t know what I would have done.She was absolutely amazing!I would definitely recommend using Ponderosa Mini Storage. You will know everything is safe.

Becky is awesome! Our reservation with another storage company fell through and I called a few places who didn't answer but then Becky did. She gave me a quote and storage details. I reviewed it with my family and within 30 minutes of our call we were at our storage unit unloading. She made sure it was easily accessible and clean for us which it was. I didn't get one with AC but it was easy to park and put our stuff in the unit. Would recommend!
