Have used PC Works for many years: back in the day, they built me my first tower; repaired/ replaced/updated parts. Guided me through purchase of best laptop/ taken care of various problems and purchases by making home visits. Patrick & Heather, the owners, take care of their customers excellently well.

IF AS A BUSINESS YOU WANT TO BE OVER SOLD AND OVER CHARGED FOR SERVICES YOU DON'T RECEIVED AND PRODUCTS YOU DO NOT NEED THEN GO WITH PC WORKS! We had PC Works for ONE YEAR and it was nothing but pain and money out the door constantly! We brought them on to streamline and SAVE us money. WHAT A JOKE! 1) They convinced our small business to buy a $9,000 server that we did not require. 2) They charged us nearly $400 a month for service that did nothing to protect us! They NEVER scanned our computers for virus's, never! 3) When we would call and ask them for a meeting, Heather said they would CHARGE US! LOL.... Heather the owner is the RUDEST and least knowledgeable person at PC Works and is arrogant to boot! 4) They convinced us to move our phone service to GoTo Connect telling us what an amazing company they are and how much we would love them. Explaining if we did not, we could move them without an issue! We have had NOTHING but issues with this company from day one, spending day in and day out, weeks on end for the first 4 months of service! When we told Heather we had enough, she said we could not go anywhere else!!! WHAT? My husband was furious! 5) They built the Server incorrectly and our office was DOWN for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT! Not one apology! Heather tried to blame my daughter when she was having issues with the system and my husband and I were out of town at a meeting. THIS LIST GOES ON AND ON.....! PC Works had one Ace in the hole, Vince and he has left the building. Smart man! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY! The best thing we did was move our service to Lumo Computers. Our cost of service was cut in 1/3 and our equipment is actually MONITORED! What a concept! We actually have service! What a concept! Chris the owner is a US Veteran, knowledgeable and on top of everything! GO WITH LUMO....!

We have used PC works for several years, always hearing that our most recent problem (which there were many of) just needed an upgrade. We continued to use this company trusting what they said, always believing that the IT person we used before was the problem. In fact we finally spent several thousand dollars having them create a completely new system for our business. All the way down to brand new computers and a "fail safe" server, this amazing equipment lasted less than one year and the server went completely down. Without taking any responsibility we were offered yet another monthly fee that would help against such issues. Every time we discussed issues there was another cost or monthly fee that would prevent the issue from happening again, this was never their fault. To own a business that sells equipment and services that constantly fail, yet you are able to charge every time you fix it, is simply an amazing concept. That is until people understand that they are just being taken advantage of. After all of the money spent, we brought in another company to evaluate the system. Of course no one is going to say the last company was great, but they did tell us we spent way too much money for the equipment purchased and we could accomplish the same thing with an internet based storage system at a fraction of the cost. Long story short, I won't even discuss PC Works customer service, I will simply say I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Vince was able to diagnose the issue and offer alternatives. I selected buying a laptop from PC Works. Although I may have paid a few bucks more than if I would have shopped Amazon it was well worth it given the setup service and having a solution which fit my needs. Thank you.

We brought our computer in to PCWorks after it crashed last summer and Vince was able to transfer all our data to a new computer. He patiently answered all our questions in a way we could understand and it was such a relief to have a good outcome to what we felt was a disaster! We highly recommend Vince to help you with any computer issues.

Awesome company! I panicked when we were providing music for a special needs Halloween event for 250 kids and adults on our daughter's farm. A gust of wind blew over my water bottle and the water poured into my laptop computer. I was walking around at the time and wondered why the music had stopped playing. Our daughter connected her phone to the Bluetooth speakers so we were still able to teach and dance the 7th annual line dance to 'Monster Mash' with a large group of kids and adults. They had so much fun that day I don't think they noticed there was no more Halloween music playing. That night it hit me that I had not backed up my computer for quite awhile. PC WORKS was recommended to us. They weren't sure if they could recover my data, but in less than 2 days we got a call that our data had been recovered and was ready for pickup. The entire office was very friendly, efficient, and the cost was reasonable. We sincerely recommend PC WORKS!

if you need computer work and you dont come here its your bad because they know there stuff inside and out and they will sell you just the parts you need. I took mine to best buy and never again they messed mine up so bad i have to get a new computer
