Wow! I didn't know that this kind of old fashioned customer service still existed.
A long time friend & car enthusiast recommended this place after a big truck backed into me & crunched our bumper.
At Owl's the owner himself did my intake (long time resident of Prescott- I asked him why the shop is named Owl's- fun story). Affordable price- after I left, there was good communication from his shop, bumper replacement was done within days, earlier that day than expected & it was beautiful top quality work! Thank u Owl's - much appreciated!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
A few days ago, some nimrod dented the left front bumper of my otherwise pristine 2007 Toyota and left no note. On Monday I took it to Finday's for an estimate. Over $1,500 to replace the entire bumper, including 9.5 hours for labor. Since the vehicle is 17 years old, I asked if the dent could just be pulled out -- not possible was the reply.
Then I went across the street to Owl's. Jason said they were backed up Monday, but to come back on Tuesday and they would take care of it. On Tuesday, they pulled out the dent easily. The bumper looks brand new. I brought a book, thinking it would take a while, but didn't finish one chapter. Total time, start to finish, 25 minutes. When I asked the cost, Jason said "just give the technician a $20 if you want and we are all good. No charge."
I hope I never need body work in the future, but if so, Owl's will be my first and only stop.

A Hooting Good Job!
Owl's Body Shop fixed the damage to my Kia Niro from a sideswipe encounter with a granite boulder. I'm quite pleased by their work, especially considering two other highly-rated body shop's estimates were more than twice Owl's. I cannot even see where the new paint stopped -- they blended it well.
The other shops would have painted the whole bumper and disassembled much more. That would have cleaned up a couple minor stone chips but those are not noticeable.

Amazing work, had a badly dented bumper. They popped it right out, very reasonable prices and fantastic work! Can hardly tell there was any damage there ever!!!

A part of my rear left side had popped, so I thought. I took my car to Owl's Auto Body shop and was surprised to find out that it just needed to be popped back in. I was even more surprised that I didn't have to pay for him to pop it back in for me. The man was so nice to tell me "NO CHARGE". THANK YOU, SIR, FOR BEING THERE FOR ME!! I have used Owl's Auto Body whenever I've needed their service.
