1240 Iron Springs Rd, Prescott“Brought my Ford F-150 2014 at 7:30 Monday morning and they had me finished around 12:00 p.m. pressurized my air conditioning unit and added coolant, and replace a thermostat, and did a diagnosis (a thorough diagnosis). Drove my truck to Phoenix that afternoon where the temperatures were 113°, had no problems with the truck.
Total cost was 580 dollars.

“This Valvoline store was efficient with great customer service. We decided to try this Valvoline store after the one in PV had to roll our car out of the bay after they serviced it because it didn't start after the oil change. Drove in just fine. My husband said that when checking the filter for the air filter housing employee yanked it so hard it hit the inside of the hood. It has latches and you just have to remove the filter. My husband said he was trying to pull the whole unit off. They had to roll the car out. Husband was able to restart the car because he reconnected the harness which had become disconnected. Avoid PV from now on.”

He spent over an hour of his time searching for misplaced tires and paperwork that was To no manager being on duty. I have to say he is excellent with customer service. He called his boss and took an initiative to find the paperwork and the correct tires for my car. He was patient understanding and helpful. I just wanted to say he is an excellent employee, and deserves to be recognized. He is a much friendlier and easy-going person, then the other team members I’ve dealt with today. He kept his school and made sure to keep me informed.”
