Stopped by to ask questions about codes on my 6.0 diesel. Michelle helped me out with possible problems and solutions. Talked with the master tech on what’s the best route to take since my truck is stuck in Mexico. Very friendly and nice. Thank you

These Guys are amazing! I have used to work on different vehicles that I have and they have always been honest and straight forward with regards to what has been needed. Recently, I needed work done in an unrealistic time table and they were able to squeeze my vehicle in and made it work, allowing my family to continue on the planned road trip. They Fixed one thing but likely BROKE the other:
We went in to have them fix the brakes and maybe the engine? The car was pulsing when you press on the breaks. They fixed that. Suspiciously, after they fixed the brakes, the AC stopped working. AC was working fine before there car got there. Did they break it? I am thinking they did. We brought it back in for them to check. Claimed that the “switch” was broken. They fixed the AC but charged us for it. I would not recommend Network Automotive (Prescott, Gilbert, or any other locations) to any friends or family. Felt scammed to have to bring the car back for them to fix something that was not broken before they fix the other parts of our car.
