I have been banking here for many years now through highs annd lows. I super appreciate all the people at the front desk. They are super friendly and always respect my time by trying to be as quick as they can.

An amazing bank with an amazing staff!! Marleen and Kori helped us out with all the problems we were having and made sure everything got fixed properly and all the employees have great attitudes no matter what!!!

1500 Willow Creek Road, Prescott AZ. This is the best NBA I've ever been in! Gina M. was unbelievably helpful to me and my boss when we needed several wire transfers and cashiers checks out of our account. She was KIND, PATIENT and her CUSTOMER SERVICE was a 10+. I wish all the NBA branches had employees like Gina!

We have banked here for over 15 years and have found all of the employees friendly, "very" competent and helpful. We are happy with our choice of banks.

After closing my account here, it was re-opened when a previous vendor auto bill pay that was still connected occurred. Normally, that would just be denied and I could take it up with that vendor, but this caused my account to be reopened without being notified, which caused an overdraft fee, since the account was closed and had no balance, and then since I didn't know it reopened it it then began accumulating daily fees until finally a NBAZ rep called me. Even after requesting even a portion of the fees be waived from the manager, they denied it. The teller said, "Sorry but we won't budge." I recall once having an overdraft with Bank of America and simply requested they give me a one time break and they did no questions asked, no manager required. I understand I am leaving the bank, but after about six years of banking two business equipment loans approaching six figures, you'd think a little more consideration would be provided. If you are considering opening an account here, I would suggest going to another bank where they will treat you better. I can say that the tellers at NBAZ were always very friendly, but if you have a problem, you're on your own.

They are SO awesome here. Even when I have something a little complicated, the make it seem easy. When ever I am in another bank, I think about how much I prefer National Bank- especially the wonderful people in THIS branch. They always treat me like a million dollars.

I have banked with this institution and branch for over a year and can only give my highest recommendation to others looking for a high-class Institution with Hometown care and compassion. The employees are wonderful and very helpful and Mike, the branch manager, is absolutely Top Flight!

The personal banker named Julie is rude and impersonal. She definitely shouldn't be in a job that involves people with her attitude. The only reason this review is getting 2 star is because her co-worker was sweet and helpful when Julie wouldn't be. Julie, you would get -1 star and co-worker you would get 5 stars. As for the bank as a whole and not just this 1 location, its not awesome either. Definitely lacking resources that bigger banks have. Nothing has been that simple with them. I have been using them as a secondary bank for 3 years now and every time I contact them for something that should be relatively simple it becomes complicated, inconvenient and takes longer than it should.
