We couldn't be more thankful for the help that Alithea provided for us. She spent a good 1.5 hours to 2 hours letting us try out every Tempurpedic mattress and adjustable base (some multiple times) to help us decide what was best for my husband's bad back. She was never pushy, never tried to upsell us and was very patient with all our questions.
Every day since the bed has been delivered my husband's back has been feeling better so that now, 3 days later, his back is pain-free. We think it's from not having to strain to get out of bed each morning.
We bought a split king so we can each adjust our own side of the bed and I find that I sleep much better, as well, with a slight adjustment in my bed position.
