They had the employer approved Bluetooth earmuffs/headphones I was looking for (3M Work tunes). Expensive but worth it. My wife and I went to Lowes recently and were disappointed to find that we had to load 33 bags of mulch by ourselves. The store didn't have enough employees to help us. At $2.00 per bag it was up to us to load all of the bags ourselves. When the only employee in gardening was available,we were almost done. When I I said "Thamk you for your help" he sarcastically said " you're welcome." We have decided to cancel our credit account with such an anti- customer service "home improvement" .corporation

I used to love this store. Much proffered it over home depot. Im not sure what's going on here, but their paint department has gone to total craps over the past few weeks. It used to be so organized and efficient. In the past few weeks there hasn't been anyone in there who knows what they are doing. One day we couldn't find anyone to mix us some paint, so we went to customer service and were told sorry, but there is no one in paint today. Im not sure what going on at this store, but it seems like management needs to stop up their game. Someone is definitely dropping the ball somewhere.

My Online order had a hiccup so customer service sent me to local store. The store had IT to help further to no avail.
Website lost my order, customer service unable to resolve passed the buck, local store could not fix even from higher tech support. So I canceled order and bought from Home depot for a simple transaction and solution

I ordered two homes set of appliances! Ranges we ordered were not available when promised. The fridges were delivered and they installed the ice makers, but the fridge line had never been put in. It took them three delivery appointments to get the fridges sorted out. I don't have time to deal with lies and not delivering what was promised. I doubt that I will do business with Lowe's appliances again. Not a positive experience! Dewey J. Levie

I have been standing at the paint desk for 45 minutes without anyone available, to attempt to match a paint color for the fourth time, which they just can’t seem to get right. This is unfortunately not an outlier, it’s the norm. But welcome to big box store America, where no one cares and yet those at the top rake in so much money, it’s an obscenity
