I really truly hate coming to the store and only reason why I have to come to the store is cause my company has a credit card here, but I’m so tired of being watched like a hawk like I’m gonna steal something. I am fully in a uniform with my COMPANY logo on my shirt but yet these people think I’m gonna steal something. I’m just so tired of it.. the oriental lady that was here today today is3/13/2025 was helping someone else she broke her neck to make sure she kept an eye on me to make sure I checked out my product and then she proceeded to try to guide me out the store. I don’t need guidance old enough to know how to walk not a childreally didn’t appreciate the customer service I got today.

Didn't have the simplest light bulbs I needed and made a purchase, only to return it before I left. The item must have sat on the shelf for a long time.

Waited a half hour to learn my on line order had not yet arrived, despite receiving 4 notices including a final notice (pick it up or it goes back.) On line help was no better: told it's ready for pickup, you can pick it up Feb 4 (2 days from now)?! In general, my experience with Lowes has been better than this.

UPDATE: Their reply sounds great, right? WRONG. Tried both ways with no help so far. Really? 4 weeks after delivery and still missing parts and have a touch-up kit the wrong color. This shouldn't be this hard! Original post: They do not back up the cabinets they sell to you, designed by their "sales specialist". The delivery was made 11-18-24, but no one at Lowes could talk to us until 11-20-24. Lowes employees were not helpful. Jerome is downright rude, Kat said she'd look into it and call the next day and tell James -- so far we have gone in and she was too busy and said she was still researching and either she or James would call us. Today is 12-12-24 --- 3 weeks! When we have called no one is available and they have not reached out. This is the second big cabinet project we've done with Lowes, the first one was the Victorville store and they were great. NEVER AGAIN and will warn everyone we can that Lowes does not support their products. We still need the trim for the countertop and the clips for the the glass windows. Also, still waiting for 6 glass shelves. Seriously, 3 1/2 weeks after delivery.

Their mistakes cost me thousands of dollars. Pro desk assured me that they had everything. Day comes for install and pick up and they don't have the necessary supplies. No one bought it. They just didn't have it to begin with. Now my workers who travelled from another city can't work. Pro desk didn't inform me that a different type of board was needed for trim. They also had no idea if you use the fasteners that they sell here it completely voids the warranty. You need to use fasteners that are brand approved. They had no idea. Not really pro if you ask me. I have other stories about other projects that Lowe's failed me on. But I'm tired of typing. Moral of the story is triple check the details because pros are not pros here.

LOWES is a terrific store with competitive pricing. However, we have discovered employees who cannot explain the products properly so they had to be returned. Sometimes, you have to walk a long way to find help.

TO THE DELIVERY PERSON THAT HAD TO DELIVERY SOMETHING, I WOULD ASSUME, ON 12/5/2024 AT OR NEAR MATT'S SALOON; Mind your own business, stop your complaining, no one else except you, hasn't said shit about my smoking. Do you job instead of trying to tell me what to do.
