I have been interacting with this business in Prescott Az for two years now. I have been very impressed with the service I received from the employees who work there. They are very professional and are knowledgeable of my needs. They go the extra mile on the weekends and after hours to make sure my needs are met.

I have had trouble checking my INR at home and calling in results and ordering strips to the company on the card but when I called to linecare/Prescott Valley and talked to April she was able to talk me through all my problem. Now it is such a relief when I call there and I hear April answer the phone . Thank you AprilJeff

I worked for this " OUTFIT" for over a year and they were the worst company that I ever worked for (delivery), and I'm 63 so I've worked for quite a bunch of companies over the years. We are talking about a company that delivers "MEDICAL OXYGEN" not pizza. They have dropped the ball so many times, it was hard to face my "PATIENTS" not customers, as Lincare titles them. Sad and embarrassing.

Very disappointed with the service, don't even try to get through to the billing Dept they never answer. I was never told how much my cost would be per month, they just took it. I would suggest to go elsewhere.

Incompetence with a CAPITAL 'I'!I'll be looking to see who else provides oxygen in Prescott. All you'll get is a runaround with these people that will tell you they'll show up when they won't. They will say they didn't have your phone # to call you yet they've communicated with the right phone number for the past several months but then suddenly say they don't have the latest phone #? I've never seen such incompetence. I used to think they were a decent group but now I see how sadly I was mistaken and it's my mom who's suffering because of how they run this business.

As of today, I now fully realize the level of incompetence and lack of integrity I've been dealing with on behalf of my mother who needs O2. This 'outfit' will tell you one thing like they'll be over to your mom's place yet they don't show up. They didn't even have the decency to let me know they weren't able to make it as they said they would. Just a few minutes ago they tell me that they didn't have my mom's latest phone # yet that's BS because my mom hasn't had that old # for several months and Lincare KNOWS this because they've seen my mom many times over the past several months plus they've communicated with her many, MANY times over the past several months since her phone # changed back in February. Today, they were supposed to go to my mom's to check the POC since they didn't show up on Wednesday and I had sent Angelina a text hours ago to call me when she got there. Nope, she doesn't call. I call the office and she tells me that she went to my mom's earlier today but that no one answered the door. I asked her why she didn't call me to find out if she was having trouble reaching my mom and she said she didn't have my phone # yet she had it 2 weeks ago to send me a text. Do you see a pattern here? Not to mention Angelina let me think I was talking to April (the Mgr) a few minutes ago. I have so many examples of the run around I've been getting from Lincare and all I can say is that if you value the safety of your loved one and want to make sure they'll get the good care they need you DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH LINCARE!!!!

Not showing up as promised for my mother in law she needs O2 to breath She has COPD. Said the equipment doesn't need cleaning! They don't service unless you push.Very rude! Would love a different company but the reviews in Prescott all seem to be the same.

Lincare is THE WORST health care place available, you are better off going to MEXICO than to this place!. I have been trying to get them to help my mom who has stage 4 copd. They WILL NOT return your call, they WILL NOT follow through with consulting with your doctor. They WILL not help you in anyway. The staff are rude and VERY inconsiderate!!!!. This place needs to be shut down and the employees fired.

I had my doctor get a referral to Lincare because they are they best. I will not use the the other one in Cottonwood because they couldn't get anything right including my name. I used Lincare years past and never had an issue then either. They are always helpful and very courteous. They personal rep. I have is the best!!

I have received poor customer service from multiple individuals in a very short period of time. All employees seem very fixated on terminology that average individuals don't live by and also seem very inflexible as it relates to receiving and delivering basic information. We have been forgotten about twice in less than a week. Nobody takes notes and relays information to their co-workers. Just inefficient and clueless. Put on your patience cap.

Very poor customer service, I have ordered items that I need and do not receive delivery, have been frequently forgotten and not received oxygen delivery also talking about waste of time .has taken more than 2 months for some everyday items such as corrugated tubing and still not received

The worst customer service ever. When you call if you ever get an answer their rep Tammy could care less about your order. Won't check on it and won't call back. I put an email inquiry with Ames Supply and got a phone call in minutes. They even referred me to Alliance Supply. I will never go through Lincare again.
