I was so happy with my experience in this delightful store! First, they repaired my watch and then polished stones for two rings. The customer service was exemplary and beyond belief in today's world! I would strongly recommend this store to anyone seeking excellent customer service as well as knowledgeable personnel!

After calling several watch repair businesses who did not want to deal with my broken Fitbit band. I took it down to Legacy jewelery. Their staff fixed my Fitbit band within 20 minutes. This is the kind of customer service you expect but often times never receive. Will be visiting them again for all my jewelery needs!

Great business. Friendly staff. My wedding band got bent out of shape. They were able to repair it on the spot and make it round again.
