It all started off with an early morning web search for a realtor in the Prescott AZ area. Not knowing any realtors in the area, I did a web search and came across the Ramsey Trusted site that assists in finding realtors in the Prescott area. I completed an online form, submitted my name, phone number and email address. I received an email list of 3 realtors in the Prescott area, with their background and sales experience, along with contact info. I sent an email to all 3 agents, and within 15 minutes heard back from one. Her name was Christine Kingsbury. She left a voice mail on my phone to call her back. It was 5:30 am in the morning when she responded. Talk about quick response... Anyway, several hours went by and I received email from two other agents requesting assistance. I called Christine and stated I am looking to sell a piece of property. I've had it on the market in the past with another realtor and had no luck. After speaking with Christin, I had a good feeling this was going to be my agent. Immediately she went to work with all her resources, and after 2 months on the market the land sold. I am amazed at Christin's ability to get the job done. During the selling process she was always in contact with me and made the process so easy. I definitely chose the right realtor. Bottom line, if you're in the market to buy, sell homes, or property, I highly recommend Christin. You'll be please with her results.... Thank you again Christin!

Christin and the Kingsbury group are absolutely phenomenal! She went to bat for me and handled everything so I didn’t need to stress. First of all, we'd like to give Christin six stars on a scale of five because of the great service and the care she took in handling our real estate transaction. We can't thank her enough. She helped us find not just any place but the right place to call home. There were times when she had the patience of Job helping us work through the emotional ups and downs of our purchase. Sharen was a fantastic realtor helping to sell our property in Prescott. She stayed on top of all of the offers and explained our options clearly. She promptly coordinated the necessary paperwork and was very strong and assertive with the contractor when things got delayed with our property survey. Christin and the Kingsbury Group are excellent in every aspect from buying or selling. With their help and our research we found a house in a day and had an offer in. It accepted the day after Christmas which was only two days, one of them being a holiday. Our new home is the heart keep for our family of six and it just gets better here in AZ every day!!
