I didn't get the stylist I originally booked with. My appt took 5.5 hours. Other salons have taken care of my hair in 2 hours. I want to give them a 2nd chance but I don't know if I can give that much time again.

I was trying to buy a top in JCPenney and I asked them why they only had one register open in the entire store and a sales associate named Heather was extremely rude! Very disappointed in customer service as there isn't any from Heather. Maybe she would be better suited not working with customers.

Cashier per management, I am sure, was so busy trying to sell getting a credit card, etc. and talking to each customer for a long time, there was a long line. After I got home to try on my shoes, the metal lock tag had not been removed from the shoe. Their web page says store opens at 10 am but not really. It opens at 11. Two employees were at the door and I told them my problem but they said they couldn't remove the tag until 11. With gas prices I had to make an extra trip! Yukky no

I have always had good luck with Penney's. I have been buying spring & fall tops for the last few years online. The prices and quality are good and shipping is fast and efficient. Also bought some shoes and that was also a good experience. Do not understand the poor ratings. Like the store as well although they used to carry much more inventory but the workers have always been pleasant.

I had Stacey as my stylist a few months back and loved my cut and color. I had pretty much set up an appointment the other day for a same day appointment which was amazing. She was definitely on time with the appointment. I had a huge ask for Stacy with the limited time we had I wanted to lighten my hair and get a cut I felt soo bad cause I thought we’d go over the closing time. She assured me that we can get it done and she sure did. We talked about life and what not which is a huge plus I’ve had stylists completely quite for the hours so the chatty box that I am I loved every moment. She walked me through every step of the process which is something I personally like. Thank you Stacy you are truly amazing.

I had my JC Penny card in hand and the cashier was asking me for my phone number, I gave her 2 different phone numbers and she tells me it's not on file. I also had a physical coupon that was mailed to me and She said she will not honor unless I pulled up the app on my phone. The cashier was very rude and so I tried opening the app so I can receive more discounts As she told me too. It wouldn't come up cause apparently I already have an account, well my phone numbers didn't work and she was very unpleasant and would not help me and I will never shop there again!! No wonder why people are shopping online instead of going into the store! Every time I'm there they either want me to sign up for something or provide more and more of my personal information. Where is the customer service, Like being nice and helping your shoppers have a good experience with you guys!! I'm giving my money to another business from now on.

If I could give 0 stars, I would at this point. I had a "balayage" done by an employee there that assured me she knew the process and was "very good" at it because she had been doing hair for 10 years. I left the salon with dark roots, a sharp line of delineation, then completely yellow, brassy hair. No blending, just all bad. Once I got home and inspected my hair, I saw that there were spots of bleach in the brown, which made me look like a leopard. I ended up having to go get it fixed by someone who actually knew what they were doing the next day. I called to speak with a supervisor to ask for a refund, and have not received a call back...very rude. I wont be going back and if you're thinking about going there...just don't.
