With 20+ yrs. of exp. he personally knew all the ins and outs of each manufacturer and helped me choose the products and and brand that were best suited for the needs of my company.

Just ordered from them and the site was great. I also called into help me choose items that would work with my company's new phones. Toni was very pleasant and knowledgeable, even though I called back like 2 more times with more questions.

I'm sure the headset is available through other companies, so what I want to do instead is praise the level of customer service I received from Headsets Direct. They listened carefully to what my needs were, and then they made a recommendation. That headset happened to be on back order. They kept me updated when it would be back in stock, and then when it shipped. Even after I received the headset, they were responsive about a question I had. Thank you.

Our company just installed a new phone system. My partner worked with Meghan who helped us determine the correct headset and adapter for our new phones. We received it and it worked just as it should. We bought a second one. Fedex showed it delivered but we never received it. Wayne, the owner, tracked it for us and fed Ex came back with no solution. Wayne simply shipped us another one at no cost. No questions asked. Just a quick and wonderful solution. Great to see a company do business the old fashioned way and simply make their customer's happy. Thanks Wayne and Meghan for all your efforts.

Our company tried to order headsets from this location and the owner Wayne called me to let me know that he can not take our order because the shipping address and billing address on our company credit card didn't match and it could be fraud. I provided this company with our toll free number, my cell phone, company email and my direct desk phone. So just FYI if your billing and shipping address do not match DO NOT ORDER. I wasted TWO days trying to provide them with the information they asked.
