“I purchased a very large glass The person that helped me was Jackie . She helped me find what Liked in a catalog. She even came out to my car and checked if an empty box that same size would fit in back of car. I had a neighbor bring me back and she brought my purchase out to there car. “They've moved!!! 660 6th St. Prescott AZ. 86301. Still a great place but now bigger building so better but same great service. They carry higher end residential and commercial grade products. Much higher quality and competitive prices with the big box stores. And who likes digging around with irrigation issues?? The labor is the hard and expensive part thus paying a little more for a high quality product is in my opinion solid advice. They also have great expert advice by all of their employees. I rely on the products heavily since I spend part time here at our home in Prescott the balance in Hawaii. All of the old parts from big box stores have failed in one to two years but since I've replaced them. Well going on three to five years!!! They also carry great tan colored grated that match DG thus improve the looks and do not fade like the green color.”

“Dwayne, in the Home Depot (on Hwy 69, Prescott, AZ) plumbing department, saved the day! I had a drippy shower spout and let Dwayne know what I needed. He said "that's a Delta product and Home Depot doesn't carry Delta, but..." Dwayne reached down and grabbed an item from the bottom shelf and announced that Home Depot had received this (Delta) product in error, and it wasn't worth returning to the supplier. It was exactly what I needed! He also told me the drip was due to a faulty cartridge. Who knew that showers even had cartridges? He pulled the exact cartridge that I needed, amongst a variety and showed me the difference between them. He then opened another box. He showed the complete cartridge assembly, and what I would need to do to swap it out. What started out being an intimidating repair, following Dwayne's show-and-tell, was completed correctly and quickly. I was SO grateful I dropped off a thank you card, which I hope was shared with HD management, along with a gift card for coffee. Dwayne is my "go to" guy and he really knows his stuff.”

“We live in a more remote area of Prescott and we were initially told that only big box trucks would be able to provide free delivery of our refrigerator. After I explained to a manager what our delivery challenges were ( narrow, bumpy dirt roads and driveway with sharp curves and a bridge over a small creek that cannot support anything bigger than a pickup) she went the extra mile and asked her manager what could be done to deliver to us. They made arrangements to personally deliver the refrigerator to us a week later in a pickup truck. Flawless delivery and set up. Thank you so much for your expertise in setting up, Jim, and your professionalism and kindness Marge and Dennis, and for listening to your customer's needs and responding so positively.”
