Just traded in my 2021 Bronco Wildtrac for the new 2024 Bronco Heritage Limited. I had almost talked myself out of considering the Heritage because it is a 2-door and I owned a 4-door but after talking with Dariusz and going on my pre scheduled test drive I made the upgrade and am so pleased I did. Dariusz was definitely NOT the high pressure car salesman that you dread dealing with when shopping for a car. He was very personable as well as straightforward , making sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the purchase. I had forgotten an item when I was clearing out the Wildtrac. I reached out to Dariusz and he assured me he would recover the item and put it in his office for safe keeping until I could pick it up.
I definitely give Dariusz and Galpin Ford double thumbs up. He made car shopping a real pleasure for me.

Update from new experience -
08/23/2024 - I had a fantastic experience at Galpin today with Dariusz while exploring options for a new 2024 Ford truck. Initially, I was interested in the F250, but after discussing options, we ran the numbers on a new F150, and I was thoroughly impressed! Although I wasn't able to drive off with one today, the team provided me with invaluable advice for my next steps. I'm excited to return in a few months to explore my options further and hopefully leave with a great new upgrade. I highly recommend Galpin to anyone who loves Ford. This has been my best experience with a car dealership by far!

I went to the dealership by appointment for 4 new tires, service took a long time so I recommend you drop off your vehicle. The service was good and the tires they recommended are working for me. I even got a big rebate on buying all 4 tires.

I took my car in to get my 100,000 mile service done and spent most of the day there. The staff at Galpin Ford are more than accommodating and very helpful. They had a shuttle service if I needed to go anywhere and we’re very informative with anything that was going on with the service.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Daniel was my service advisor. I had made an appointment two weeks out to check my washer fluid that’s been leaking. I also had a rear defroster that has come loose from the window (sauter broke) and to have them check my tire pressure. I dropped off at around 8am. I made my first call around noon to see how the progress is going. Daniel was unavailable so I spoke with a different advisor. He said he did not know but would have Daniel return my call. My call was never returned. My second call was at around 2:30. I was told by Daniel that nothing had been done to the vehicle. I asked to get my vehicle because we had to pick up our kids. I told Daniel that I was very disappointed and he said sorry and never asked to reschedule. Terrible customer service and I still have the issues with the vehicle. It would be nice to receive a courtesy call.

Galvan performs an inspection of every trailer when it comes in for service. I am so grateful they do that and then send you a video of all their findings . we were able to avoid some very unsafe conditions that could’ve caused a bad accident with our trailer. Very knowledgeable staff five star maintenance team

Under the area was covered with water scale from the leak. When I got it back all that had been cleaned up. Since I was on a trip, they got it in and out quickly.
