We have purchased several pieces from Three Sisters in the past two years.One piece of advice... If you see something you love, buy it! Some pieces sell very quickly, but the good news is that they get in new pieces all the time.”

“Let me just start off by saying Bob is wonderful.We are long term customers with a very good credit standing. There have been some problems with their system. We keep getting calls saying we are behind but we are not and we provide receipts. They are always very apologetic.There is a new GM who was rude and condescending to us. She called us saying she is the new GM and that we are late paying. We were very nice and explained we are not late, never are, and that this happens a lot. We have automatic deposit every pay day and there is always plenty of money in the account.She said, "Why don't you tell me what's going on?"I felt like saying , "no you tell me what's gong on since this always happens ." But again nicely I explained the same thing I just told her.She said, "how come there are no notes? I told her I would not know why there are no notes.I am a manager for a large store in the VOC. So I have the same job as her, and I will tell you that you can not talk to people like the way she talked to us when you are running a business, especially when the customer has done nothing wrong.I understand not everyone is friendly or has the skills to be.There are free leadership courses online on how to talk to people when you are in leadership. Nonmatter how good you are at certain things, if you are not good with people you will not make it as a GM.It doesn't feel good to come home after a long work day and get a call at 8pm and have somebody rude on the other end from a company you love. Again, We love Bob though!”

“Went in on a Sunday, had our eyes on the Sophie collection. Still was debating. Michael assisted us with no pressure. Told him we were specifically looking at only purchasing the left and right chaises. That wasn’t a problem. Gave us his card and told whatever we decide we could just call him. Called Michael the next day and did the transaction over the phone. There was a minor bump in the transaction but Michael smoothed it out immediately. The chaises were delivered that Thursday. Delivery guys did an awesome job setting it up. Very professional and quick. Happy with the purchase! Our corgis approved!”
